Normally I am terrible at OU team building but I think I finally have something. This team has about a 75% win ratio. I know there are still flaws with it. The general plan is to set up dual screen, eliminate scarfers, priority users, and just other hard hitters, and than sweep with one of my late game sweepers.

Jirachi @ choice scarf
EVs: 6 hp 252 atk 252 spe
Nature:Jolly
Serene Grace
-Stealth Rock
-Trick
-Iron Head
-Ice Punch
Jirachi is a very reliable lead. I think I've gotten Stealth Rock off every game with it which is very important for getting crucial KOs and shortening the time salamence and gyrados have to sweep. I run a jolly nature because I don't like using trick in the early game because jirachi is a great revenge killer. With a Jolly nature at worst I tie with +1 spe salamence and finish it with Ice Punch. Iron head prevent frail leads like azelf and aerodactyl from setting up rocks 60% of the time.

Zapdos @ leftovers
EVs: 252 hp 220 def 36 spe
Nature:Bold
Pressure
-Thunderbolt
-Heatwave
-HP Ice
-Roost
Zapdos is my check against priority users or in other words lucario and scizor. Heatwave pounds both of them, thunderbolt is STAB. Now the reason I choose HP ice over grass is because I find it is more useful. Salamence + flygon + dragonite are used more than swampert who I can always trick a scarf, use as set up fodder with screens up, or cripple with heatran. Im wondering if I should go 252 hp 176 spe 80 def timid to outspeed jolly luke and kill it before it ice punches zapdos.

Heatran @ leftovers
EVs: 6 hp 252 spA 252 spe
Nature:Timid
Flash Fire
-Fire blast
-Earth Power
-Substitute
-toxic
Heatran is just a team player. Anything that I'm weak to becomes so much easier to handle once I'm behind a substitute. The best part is most people expect scarftran so they send in their salamence only to get intoxicated. Also abosrbs fire attacks which is great because I have 3 other steel types, than with a Flash Fire boost and a possible sub up, heatran is just scary.

Bronzong @ light clay
EVs: 252 hp 152 atk 8 def 96 spD (0 spe IV)
Nature:Levitate
Levitate
-Light Screen
-Reflect
-Gyro ball
-Explosion
Bronzong is great, not only does it set up screens that make dealing with threats and setting up easier but he deals with the OU dragons and the rare mammoswine and weavile. Latias and DDmence could steam roll through this team without him but steel typing + screens barely puts a scratch on him. Also can handle gyrados.

Lucario @ Life Orb
EVs: 6 hp 252 atk 252 spe
Nature: adamant
Inner focus
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Extremespeed
-Crunch
SDluke goes on the team over scizor for a couple of reasons.
-Hits much harder and is faster
-His priority move nails infernape which can be a problem. 294 hp 178 defense Infernape takes 50-59% from extremespeed meaning +2 extremespeed always OHKOs and a weakened infernape is killed.
-He can kill a weakened zapdos, something scizor can't do
-He just plain wallbreaks
Lucario is like a mini SDray only 90 base speed is alright in OU. If anyone reading this has played Ubers than you know how deadly that thing is. Adamant>Jolly to OHKO skarm with SR up, I have extremespeed, gliscor and zapdos often go to 308 speed.

Salamence @ Life Orb
EVs: 6 hp 252 atk 252 spe
Nature: adamant
Intimidate
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Roost/ Stone edge/Fire blast/Dragon Claw
Salamence is a monster. Even a +0 mence hits hard if I can't dance and I usually can with screens + intimidate. The reason I don't run naughty with 24 spA EVs is because screens make salamence particularly bulky and naughty hinders this, I figure heatran and Luke can take care of skarm. The last slot is tricky. Roost allow mence to recover off SR and LO but with Outrage I may not get to use it. Stone edge hits gyrados and doesn't lock me into outrage. Fire blast still hits skarm hard while dragon claw is STAB that doesn't lock me into outrage. Adamant>Jolly because I usually elimnate scarfers and screens allow him to take a hit. A ground, fight, and fire resist is great with all the steels I have.
Ending though: This team deals with most of the current offensive threats while it has enough offense to deal with stall. Dual screen is very important because it allows luke and mence to set up, often get 2 SD's/DD's instead of one.
