Icy Wind Glitch

So today I was again playing Randoms. My delcatty used Icy Wind against Shade's Drifiblim only for me to be told that Icy Wind doesn't affect Drifiblim, which doesn't make sense as Icy Wind hits Flying types super effective.

Log:

Fish-E switched in Delcatty (lvl 100 Delcatty ♀).
shade switched in Drifblim (lvl 100 Drifblim ♀).
Delcatty used Substitute.
Delcatty lost 25% of its health.
Delcatty made a substitute!
The sun continues to shine.

Drifblim used Thunderbolt.
The substitute took damage for Delcatty!
Delcatty's substitute faded!
Delcatty used Icy Wind.
It doesn't affect Drifblim...
The sun continues to shine.

Drifblim used Thunderbolt.
Delcatty lost 29% of its health.
Delcatty used Icy Wind.
It doesn't affect Drifblim...
The sun continues to shine.
 
Delcatty has the ability of Normalise which makes all of its moves Normal type. So the Icy Wind becomes Normal type and thus doesn't affect the Driftblim. No glitch.
