If you could make any change...

Like the title says, if you could make any change to my team, what would it be? My current team's strategy relies pretty heavily on me being able to predict my opponent's moves and switches.

Arcanine - Life Orb
Flash Fire
Adamant
72 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD / 176 Spe
- Flare Blitz
- Extremespeed
- Wild Charge
- Close Combat

I don't expect this girl to live long, heck why would anyone. With both life orb and Flare Blitz/Wild Charge she would probably end up killing herself. But she can take out just about anyone in a single hit unless they are resistant and Extremespeed is there to finish the weak off. I'm not expecting this girl to sweep a team, just to take of one, maybe two, pokemon the rest of my team may have trouble dealing with. If need be, I can throw a Wish from Vaporeon towards her. But I usually don't need to because if she is that low on health she has most likely already taken care of what she is there to do, at which point she becomes fairly expendable.

Hydreigon - Expert Belt
Levitate
Mild
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Draco Meteor
- Superpower
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake

Nothing special about this guy really. Just a mixed sweeper with a broad range of attack types that can counter quite a lot of would-be threats to my team. Being a mixed sweeper the stat decreases from Draco Meteor and Superpower are not that dangerous since I can fall back on physical attacks when SpA is decreased from Draco Meteor or special attacks when Atk is decreased from Superpower. Like Arcanine, this guy is more or less expandable once he has taken out a threat or two.

Conkeldurr - Leftovers
Iron Fist
Adamant
120 HP / 252 Atk / 136 SpD
- Bulk Up
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch

This guy more often then not is the hero of the team, he is a beast. He can easily absorb whatever my opponent throws at him a large majority of the time, then usually OHKO them unless they are resistant or have great DEF. Not to mention the health I get back from Drain Punch if it is super effective is just downright sexy. His Mach Punch tends to be the star of the show though. Surprisingly a lot of my opponents don't see Mach Punch coming and they assuming they can hit Conkeldurr before he finishes of their pokemon. The only pokemon that truly annoys me when it comes to using this guy is Jellicent. Other than that this guy can handle just about anyone.

Alakazam - Expert Belt
Magic Guard
Timid
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power Ice
- Shadow Ball

Once again, nothing really special about this guy. Just your run of the mill special sweeper like you would expect from an Alakazam. I've jumped around between Psyshock and Psychic and I'm still not certain that Psyshock will be final. I try to avoid using Focus Blast due to it's low accuracy, but it's absolutely lethal when it does hit thanks to Alakazam's SpA. Hidden Power Ice is great for taking out any unsuspecting dragon, grass and ground types. Focus Blast and Shadow Ball are their primarily as an answer to ghost and dark types switching in to counter.

Vaporeon - Leftovers
Water Absorb
Bold
248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic
- Ice Beam

If Conkeldurr isn't the star of the show, it's this girl. Her moveset makes it pretty obvious how I use her. She has been the source of many of my opponents rage quits once they realize they are not getting by her as toxic whittles their team down. Of course steel types, magic guard, or aromatherapy/heal bell can easily throw a wrench in her gears like any toxistaller, so I try to take care of those problems before she comes out.

Skarmory - Leftovers
Sturdy
Impish
224 HP / 252 Def / 32 SpD
- Spikes
- Roost
- Brave Bird
- Whirlwind

This girl serves a few purposes on my team. One is to lay down spikes if I see the opportunity in the beginning on the match. If I see an obvious threat to her I won't lead with her, her other uses have proven too valuable to turn her into cannon fodder. Her second use is to counter stat boosters with Whirlwind, primarily Ninjask and a dragon dancing Dragonite, the damage taken from spikes is a bonus. Last, but certainly not least, is her ability to soak up Outrage and heal the damage.

You need to put evs and natures on your pokemon, this makes your team much easier to rate for raters. I also suggest using pictures as pictures is a huge factor for people actually wanna read it and not just look at it and leave. You also have no rocks which I would suggest over Spikes on Skarmory as this will help you out tremendously against pokemon like Dragonite and Volcarona which otherwise can sweep you clean.

I guess I'll throw EVs and natures in there. Thanks for the advice, as you can see by my post total I'm pretty new to these forums so the advice is much appreciated.

For alakazam, run Life orb over expert belt since Zam isn't going to be taking damage from it anyway because of magic guard, and it provides a bigger power boost than expert belt.

Wow what an oversight, I can't believe I missed that. That change will definitely help, thanks.
