In addition, when moves are used multiple times in a row, +4EN is added for each additional time. So Encore would be 19EN on A2 and (would have been) 23EN A3.
When moves share a type with the user it also has -1EN, so Octolock would be 5EN on A1, 9EN on A2 and so on.
 
In BBP, changes to combat stages don't reduce the base stat, but instead increase or decrease the final damage of an attack. The change in combat stage determine how the final damage is affected. So -3 Defense would result in the damage equation being 15 + 2 (I think you mistyped the stat rank bonus) + (3 * 2) = 23 final damage. Reuniclus keeps its base Defense and Special Defense stats.

Also ought to say this first, in BBP combat stages decay by one stage toward +0 at the end of every round in which they weren't changed. So in Round 3, if I'm not already dead Reniclus' -4 combat stages would decay to -3, etc. There are exceptions to this but I don't think Octolock is one.

Oh yeah and I think Grapploct shouldn't be encored.

Good job so far though, this round was quite complicated and you've been reffing spectacularly for a beginner!

P.S. I'm using a lot of terms from the BBP Player's Handbook, which is also an excellent resource if you need to check anything, especially since you're not on our Discord yet. Do make good use of it!

Not sure if this is a misunderstanding on my part but the Player's Handbook says:
[Combat Stage Difference]
  • Subtract the target's relevant defense stage boost from, the user's relevant attack stage boost.
  • Use the Defense and Attack stage boosts for physical attacks, and the Special Attack and Special Defense stage boosts for special attacks.
Only boosts would be taken into account, so Reuniclus's -3 Defense wouldn't affect the Combat Stage Difference I think.

A couple minor corrections:
  • Trapping effects end after the user switches out or faints. So, Reuniclus should be released from Octolock after Grapploct switches out (Reuniclus stays at -3 Def/SpD). Also, Infestation should end as soon as Reuniclus faints, for the same reason.
  • Stat boosts & drops decay at end of each Round in which they were not changed, not end of each Turn.
Other than that, I think things look right.
