I'll give this another try. I am new to competitive battling.

Here is my team layout:
Physical Sweeper: Weavile
Special Sweeper: Lucario
Special Wall: Milotic
Physical Wall: Weezing
Tank: Metagross
[I don't know what else I need]: ?

Weavile @Focus Sash [PHY SWP/STARTER]
6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
-Night Slash
-Ice Punch
-Brick Break
-Pusuit

The reason for Weavile is not only is he like my favorite pokemon, he is also a very good starting Pokemon from what I hear. Some people think that using Pursuit is better and other think Swords Dance is better, I got confused, so I just put on Swords Dance instead. It should be able to pick off most Pokemon and if think they're gonna switch I'll use a Swords Dance and charge up for the next Pokemon. Although I'm not entirely sure on it's equip item. Pursuit is for the common Gengar leads who try to escape without a scratch.

Lucario @Choice Specs [SP SWP]
EVs: 6 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
Ability: Steadfast
-Aura Sphere / Close Combat
-Shadow Ball
-Dragon Pulse
-Psychic

Most people like using Lucario as a Physical Sweeper but I thought I'd use him as a Special Sweeper instead (Mainly since I had too many PHY SWPers already). There's a debate also with this pokemon between Vacuum Wave and Psychic. I chose Psychic because Vacuum Wave didn't seem necessary to me, Choice Specs obviously, basic EV set up and Nature. Close Combat is good to take out Blissey, Snorlax, and friends, but Aura Sphere is more powerful with choice specs. You could switch it to choice scarf and replace aura sphere with close combat if you want. I am just throwing the idea out there.

Weezing @Black Sludge [DEF WALL/HAZER]
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Spe
Bold Nature
-Sludge Bomb
-Fire Blast/Thunderbolt/Will-o-wisp?
-Haze
-Pain Split

Hmm...Weezing movesets seem to change alot for me. Alot of people have different opinions on it. I want a moveset that would be good all around against the threats. I'm sure Sludge Bomb has STAB but maybe having Flamethrower and Thunderbolt for coverage might be more smart. Obviously HAZE is amazing against DD/SD/etc teams. And Pain Split is fun to heal and destory. Obviously raise HP and DEF through EVs and Bold is standard. Moving the 6 special defense EVs to speed is good so that you can outrun other Weezings, Magnezones, Abomasnows, or Swamperts who don't invest in speed. You might even want 8 speed evs so that you can outspeed them if they go with the standard ev spread and just use 4.

Milotic @Leftovers [SP WALL]
EVs: 144 HP / 228 def / 132 SAtk / 4 spe
Calm Nature
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Recover
-Hypnosis

Milotic is pretty confusing to me. I don't see Milotic as a Defensive Wall, I see it as a Special Defensive Wall, DEF wall is what Weezing is for. I don't know, I thought it made sense to use it as a SP DEF wall since it's stats are the best at it. Everything else is pretty standard. You are a member of smogon.com so you should be using their ev spreads and movesets unless you create their own. Most people just copy them which is good. This is good because most defensive milotics will have this same ev spread except with the 4 in speed, in hp. The 4 in speed gives you almost the same defensive power, but you will outspeed an opposing Milotic should you ever run into one. You can hypnosis it, then switch out to something that can counter it. There is also a very rare chance of running into a gyarados with no speed EVs.

Metagross @Choice Band [Tank]
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-Explosion
-Thunderpunch/Bullet Punch/Pursuit

I can't decide between AgilityGross and CBGross. I mean, Agility on Metagross is good but would I be able to hold up after all that time that I used Agility, I'm sure there are many pokemon that can kill him off in one hit. With a Choice Band Metagross, bam...kill them off in one hit. I'm really confused here. I would consider switching Metagross for an Infernape. Every Pokemon on your team gets walled easily. An Infernape gets rid of that problem and it resists fire which 3 of your Pokemon are weak 2 (including metagross).
Final Pokemon:

I can't decide on a last pokemon since well...I don't know what my team needs more. I'd appreciate any advice and opinions you all may have on this.

Gliscor @Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
Ability: Sand Veil
-Earthquake
-Aerial Ace
-Roost
-Knock Off/Stealth Rock?

Heracross Counter, good defensive wall although Weezing is already on the team so...maybe not necessary. As for the moveset, I'm still confused on the final move. Knock Off hits the equip items and Stealth Rock is annoying to the switching people.

OR

Slowbro @Leftovers
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Def / 44 SAtk
Bold Nature
Ability: Own Tempo
-Ice Beam
-Hidden Power [Electric]
-Surf/Calm Mind?
-Slack Off

Maybe not...I've already got Weezing and Milotic...but I thought hmm...perhaps. Pretty much a standard moveset although I don't like Hidden Powers at ALL.

OR

Marowak @Thick Club
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
Ability: Rock Head
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Double-Edge
-Swords Dance/Fire Punch?

I've always wanted to try out Marowak. Thick Club is amazing, but I probably don't need anymore Physical Sweepers on here.

OR

Salamence @Choice Specs
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
-Draco Meteor
-Flamethrower
-Hydro Pump
-Dragon Pulse

Obviously a standard SpecsMence moveset. Draco Meteor is the big move, while the other ones serve to hit most pokemon corresponding to it's weakness.

OR

Starmie @ Leftovers
EVs: 160 HP / 132 SpA / 216 Spe
Timid Nature
- Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Surf

Someone told me I might need a Rapid Spinner. So I thought I'd have this Starmie be an option for that. I also could use another Special Sweeper so this could definetely be a strong choice for me team.

All in all. I've been getting different opinions...and I'm very confused and I'd really like to get started on competitive DP battling. But I always reach a roadblock when the moveset rapidly changes after I had just finished EV training a diff moveset.

@_@ I'd love anyone who could help me out. Hopefully more of the professional competitive players could help. I'd probably value their opinion the most and opinions that seem to be the same among the most people.

Thanks.

Everyone has been telling me to use Pursuit over Swords Dance...maybe I should then...

I find it pointless to invest in Milotic's defense, it's special defensive in my opinion, I want to maximize it's HP and SP DEF....my DEF WALL is Weezing.

My opinion bolded.

Well Im just going to say, you have a huge Heatran + Infernape weakness. Starmie could really help out in that last slot. But why not add Salamence over Milotic or Weezing. I would switch his moveset to physcial though with Dragon Dance + Earthquake. Will allow you to easily beat nape and heatran and some other weaknesses I noticed you had.

Because Weezing and Milotic are my walls...
If I were to use a Salamence I'd want to take advantage of his Special Moveset. Besides, Salamence can take care of heatran and Infernape anyways, so probably Salamance or Starmie for the last slot.

I still like Psychic on Lucario and Swords Dance on Weavile better though.

Although, I can't decide between Toxic and Hypnosis on my Milotic.

Incorrect. Infernapes are now carrying Hidden Power Ice as well as Heatran, who might also possibly carry Dragon Pulse instead. Both are extremely hurtful towards Salamence.

Now what you can do however, is add Salamence over the Metagross. You'll probably complain that that's your physical sweeper, but why not turn Lucario into physical version so you can use the Special Salamence? Then in the last spot, you can simply add Starmie to stop the aforementioned fire types, as well as getting rid of Spikes, etc.

Ah...I really wanted to use Metagross..D;
You do have a point but don't Infernapes have Thunderpunch now anyways, which could kill off Starmie?

As for the movesets above, do you think they are all standard or need to be changed?

Yes, Tpunch is common, but Mie outspeeds and OHKOs so it's not much of an issue. Watch out for the occasional Scarfed 'Nape, though.
