Pending Illegal searches in teambuilder changes

make it so illegal searches still have the search description but also have a red border so its easier to see if the search is Illegal, so for example if i were to search for Mollux, a CAP Pokémon in a tier like Za OU, which doesn't allow for CAP Pokémon, it would still show me the stats but also show that the Pokémon itself is illegal, and if i were to search for an Illegal move the text for the move would be red, or the background behind it would be red, also add a feature in player settings to hide Illegal searches, for the actual suggestion i only want the illegal entry to have red text/a red background not everything inside of teambuilder
