im kind of bored atm so ill make a team i guess

Machamp @ Life Orb
Trait: No Armor
EVs: 148 HP / 252 Atk / 108 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
-Cross Chop / Dynamicpunch
-Stone Edge
-Thunderpunch
-Ice Punch

Can't decide between CC and DP since No Armor makes both very deadly, but I am leaning towards Dpunch since I'll have Stone Edge. Life Orb gives it the feel of a Choice Bander, but it allows it to be versatile.

Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 24 SAtk / 228 SDef
Calm Nature (-Atk, +SDef)
-Will-o-Wisp
-Pain Split
-Dark Pulse
-Protect

The idea is to stall, spread status, and use Pain Split to recover HP. Also, it serves as a Special Wall of sorts because of its high SDef (340 with that nature and those EVs). No weakness + a lot of resistances is useful. It's base HP is poor so maximum of that gives it far more survivability. I am considering Psychic over Protect though since it might be fun to mess with Infernape and friends.

Gliscor @ Leftovers
Trait: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 164 HP / 252 Atk / 94 Def
Impish Nature (+ Def, -SAtk)
-Knock Off
-Roost
-Aerial Ace
-Earthquake

This guy is here to counter annoying foes such as Heracross and Infernape, something that it can do fairly well. Maximum attack is to make sure it can dent something on the switch in. This might have trouble with Tyranitar though, but that's why I have my good buddy Machamp. Ground resist is useful too.

Raikou @ Choice Specs
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
-Thunderbolt
-Crunch
-Extrasensory
-Hidden Power Grass

Cresselia @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: TBD
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
-Moonlight
-Psychic
-Grass Knot
-Reflect

The idea is to pretty much Special wall. Psychic to beat any Heracross that might switch in. Light Screen to aid the rest of the team. Grass Rope for things like Tyranitar, Swampert, and Donphan.

Milotic @ Leftovers
Trait: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SDef
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Ice Beam
-Surf

When I looked at the rest of the team, I realized that I needed to be able to take status easily. Thanks to this, I have 100% walling bullshit that can come with a Light Screen or Reflect, thanks to Cresselia and Magnezone respectively. Ice Beam screws over Dragons and Surf helps out with Ground-types as well. Heracross will also have a tough time with this duder.

Threats:

Manaphy - manhandled by Machamp and Raikou
Alakazam - Between Spiritomb and Cresselia, it will have a tough time sweeping.
Garchomp - Between Milotic and Machamp, he can be beaten. Raikou can hit it hard too.
Tyranitar - Machamp can take it's STAB attacks. Milotic can wall it. Gliscor can help weaken it with Knock Off and can hit with a STAB Earthquake as well.
Gyarados - Machamp and Raikou can beat it, possibly with some help from Gliscor.
Blissey - While it cannot sweep, it could wall, but I have Machamp for that. Gliscor can give it a tough time too.
Gliscor - Cannot wall easily since Machamp has Ice Punch. Milotic can also hit it hard.
Swampert - Might be the most trouble, but Champ can hit it hard and Cresselia can Grass Knot it.
Heracross - Beaten by Gliscor, possibly by Machamp, which also resists one of its best moves. Raikou can hit it with Extrasensory as well.
Rhyperior - Milotic can hit it hard and Cresselia can Grass Knot it as well. Reflect will help blunt it enough for me to get in a few good hits. If it tries to come in on Raikou, it might take a nice hard Hidden Power Grass.

Gliscor and Magnezone aren't going to be countering Gyarados thanks to their 4x weaknesses to Ice Fang and Earthquake respectively. I'd drop Life Orb in favour of Leftovers on Machamp as it's your best defense against Gyarados, you'll want it to stick around.

Switch Shadow Ball for Dark Pulse on Spiritomb as it hits Normals and offers the same super effective hits as a Ghost move.

Gliscor is going to have problems with repeated Stone Edge hits from Heracross, particularly as he doesn't have Roost and won't outspeed the bug.

Milotic has problems taking on Tyranitar unless she's sleeping, so I wouldn't rely on that. If you have to switch her straight in you're risking a 2HKO from a CB Stone Edge or Crunch.

You need a sweeper in there somewhere. Will-O-Wisp is your only form of indirect damage so I doubt you'll be able to be stall out your opponent.

I've recently updated my announcement to reflect my desire for people to post complete threat checklists, if they're going to post them at all =(

Anyway, it sucks but HP Ice Raikou is probably going to sweep you every time, and you're not really going to like Azelf either though Spiritomb's Shadow Ball and 108 Base Special Defense are nice. Your Magnezone isn't beating Gyarados though, and the only think you have that can remotely do that is Machamp, who would really like some Wish Support or something...

Honestly, starting with machamp is a bad idea. And as jump said, HP ice raikou is going to just laugh at your team. Spiritomb just seems like it was randomly thrown in there. You might want to change him as well.
