I say give Gengar Hypnosis over Sludge Bomb. (Maybe HP Ice, too)

Blissey should always have leftovers...

leafblade really only kills Swampert...but I understand it has its purposes.

Then I think 2 Pokemon with a Focus Sash is kinda cheap...

I say it's an okay team tho.
 
Gallade will want an adamant nature, loosing out on one of his defences is not ideal, as with bulk up (you wight want to try this), he can tank like a pro.

Regarding Incisions;

Blissey can actually be quite good with wise glasses on some sets, but for the love of god PACK DEFENCE CURL.

Don't think I'm being mean, but blissey can't tank without it. With it's piddly defence stat, defence curl is the only option so that it doesn't die as soon as weavile, hera, luke, tar, ect comes in.

Also, try this gallade;

This thing is a great tank, and works like a charm.

The EV's give a nice leftovers number, while balancing your other EVs.

Thunder Wave is for paralysis, and leaf blade gets those pesky grounds that stop you.

Bulk up is to tank the fuck out of everybody.

Psycho Cut is to get those poison/grass types that'll fuck you up. Also gets weezing, if you want something else to go here, be my guest. :-D

Yeah you'd have to rebreed it. It would be worth it, too.
But with a Bulk Up I'm pretty sure Leaf Blade could OHKO a Tyranitar. Too lazy to do calculations.
 
Focus Sash on Metagross? Metagross can't be KOed by anything that isn't boosted or STABed.

Also Focus Sash on Gengar is a waste when you have a Tyranitar on the same team, who goes against the whole point of Focus Sash.

Get better items for both of them. Choice Band or Shuca Berry for Gross, Life Orb or Leftovers for Gar.

Tyranitar needs a better item too. Hell, it needs better MOVES. You said you looked at Smogon's EV spreads, but did you look at their movesets too?
 
That Gallade set is pretty much inferior to Medicham, hell, even Heracross. Gallade has the advantage of multiple status moves, Bulk Up, and good SpDef. Using an all out attacking Gallade like you have (CB is a different story). Take advantage of Bulk Up, or at least a status move.
