Done Improve "spoiler" formatting

Hi,

I want to propose to somewhat change the way spoilers work on Pokemon Showdown. I was thinking adding ||word|| (the same way it works on Discord) or perhaps some other formatting option like {{ }} or whatever best works.

The reason I am suggesting this change is because anything that goes after "spoiler:" will be blanketed and I feel it would make more sense to be able to make parts of a sentence spoilers where necessary. If the entire phrase or sentence needs to be in a spoiler-tag, I envision ||phrase/sentence||. This is more or less meant to make spoilers flexible in a way that users can choose what words need to be covered and what don't.

There's actually a way to achieve this with the current system with the help of parentheses. As an example if you were to write:
The champion of Johto is (spoiler: Lance), which I have defeated.
then only the word "Lance" would be hidden. Not very intuitive I'll concede that, but thought that this information could help a few people out.
