Improved Ubers

Jubblez (Kyogre) @ Choice Scarf Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 255 SAtk / 255 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Water Spout
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
- Surf

This set is fairly obvious. A STAB Water spout in the rain from a sp.attack EVd Kyogre ohkos most opponent leads, excluding other kyogre leads, which thunder easily deals with. Ice beam is for coverage vs all the pesky water-resistant dragon types that roam the ubers world, and surf is so that i have a STAB option after my health is to low to spout anymore, and i switch kyogre out.

Lugia @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 255 HP / 96 Def / 156 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Recover
- Toxic
- Sky Drop
- Dragon Tail

This set for lugia allows some amazing walling while doing damage each turn. Toxic can begin the timer, while sky drop does some mild damage and gives me a turn to heal through leftovers as well as increasing toxic damage. Dragon Tail allows lugia to work as a Phazer as well, and can spin out and possible counters.

Palkia @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 255 SAtk / 255 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Spacial Rend
- Surf
- Fire Blast
- Thunder

This set is my revenge killer set. A huge special attack stat combined with the choice scarf can do massive damage to whatever pokemon you might switch into. Spacial Rend is a STAB move with a high base power, and can ohko most dragon types in ubers, and even many non-dragon types will be 2HKO'ed. The high crit rate gives me a free ko every now and then as well. Surf is for coverage and a STAB, Thunder is to deal with Water types, and packs a 30% paralysis rate. Fire blast is almost exclusively for Ferrothorn switch-ins. Overall, palkia is just a special sweeper.

Meep (Arceus) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Multitype
EVs: 136 HP / 255 Atk / 116 Spd
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Recover
- Swords Dance
- ExtremeSpeed
- Will-O-Wisp

This set is an odd choice. I made this one myself to cover both Attack and walling at the same time. With its nature and EVs, it can take a massive hit from whatever source it wants, before crippling the physical sweepers with will o wisp, healing with recover, then getting a swords dance sweep. Even mewtwo wont 2HKO this thing with a super effective aura sphere.

Ferrothorn (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 255 Def / 255 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Leech Seed
- Protect
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball

Ferrothorn is a wall solely made to take advantage of switch-in turns to set up SR and leech seed, healing from seed and leftovers each turn, and gaining free health through protect. Ferrothorn can also do surprising damage to many ubers with its gyro ball, but fears and fire type attacks.

Groudon @ Life Orb
Trait: Drought
EVs: 112 HP / 255 Atk / 8 Def / 132 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Rock Polish
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Groudon here is a very obvious but very effective set. Outspeeding most pokemon after a rock polish, Edgequake coverage and dragon claw can 1 or 2-hko most pokemon with a life orb boost. Groudon can also switch into a kyogre lead, as most will use thunder (to kill my kyogre lead) and get locked into a non-effective attack, giving groudon a free turn to use rock polish.

Thats my team, and it seems to do pretty well, but all advice is appreciated.

First of all, 255 EVs in a single stat is no different than 252 in a stat. By allocating a number divisible by 4 in a stat, you'll end up with two leftover EVs and an extra stat point. E.g 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe gives you the same stats your Kyogre has, but with an extra HP point.

A SkarmBliss (or Chansey) core will walk over your team without any effort. I heavily recommend not using two Scarfed Pokemon, as being locked into a move can really hurt if you don't use the right move. Using a Mewtwo or Rayquaza over Palkia can help solve SkarmBliss problems, and break down defensive teams that rely on SkarmBliss. Replace Focus Sash on Arceus with Lum Berry or Leftovers, Arceus can't utilize a Focus Sash very well, and it's just a bad item mid game. Also, try to decide on an offensive or defensive Arceus set, the set you're using makes you fare worse against things like Giratina, Giratina-O, Dialga, Ferrothorn, and other things. I'd recommend a defensive Arceus set so you can do better against opposing Arceus.

For Rayquaza I'd go with:
Rayquaza @ Lum Berry / Life Orb
40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
Jolly / Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage / Dragon Claw
- Fire Blast / Overheat
- Earthquake

The set is simple, Dragon Dance when you see opportunities, Outrage / Dragon Claw most things, Fire Blast Steels such as Skarmory or Ferrothorn, Earthquake is mostly for Dialga. Jolly Nature is if positive base 90s scare you, Adamant for raw power.
