First off is Castform my signature guy.
351.png

Item- Choice Specs
Ability-Forecast
Nature-Timid
EV'S
252 Special Attack
252 Speed
4 Special Defense
Moves
-Fire Blast
-Ice Beam
-Thunder
-Hydro Pump

Castform is my lead as he is ready for almost any type. The Choice Specs increase the power of his already powerful moves so I can get a quick KO right off the bat.

Next is my Garbador

Item- Rocky Helmet
Ability- Aftermath
Nature-Gentle
EV's
252 HP
252 Special Defense
4 Attack
Moves
-Spikes
-Toxic Spikes
-Gunk Shot
-Clear Smog

Garbador is a multiple purpous guy for the team. If the enemy starts to set up, his Clear Smog ruins them. If they go for a physical move to KO him, Aftermath and the Rocky Helmet take them down with him. Then Toxic Spikes and Spikes if I need hazards up and finally Gunk Shot just to injure them.

Next is the Tauros
Tauros_sprite.jpg

Item-Life Orb
Ability-Intemidate
Nature-Jolly
EV's
252 Attack
252 Speed
252 HP
Moves
-Earthquake
-Return
-Rock Slide
-Zen Headbutt

Tauros is just a standard attacker. He's pretty standard and easily replaceable if needed.

Vileplume is coming up next.

Item-Leftovers
Ability-Chlorophyl
Nature-Calm
EV's
252 HP
252 Special Defense
4 Special Attack
Moves
-Aromatherapy
-Sludge Bomb
-Leech Seed
-Sleep Powder

Vileplume has always been a great help. Its Sleep Powder and Leech Seed have been a great combo in tight spot. Sludge Bomb is good for when the Sleep Powder is up and theres a chance I can get the poison off. Aromatherapy is just for when I got team members with Status Effects.

Here's Shedinja
292-frame1.png

Item-Focus Sash
Ability-Wonder Guard
Nature-Jolly
EV's
252 Attack
252 Speed
4 Defense
Moves
-Swords Dance
-Shadow Sneak
-Sucker Punch
-X-Scissor

Shedinja is a relatively new addition and so far has not been proven useful and can be replaced.

Finally Zangoose

Item-Toxic Orb
Ability-Toxic Boost
Nature-Jolly
EV's
252 Attack
252 Speed
4 Special Defense
Moves
-Close Combat
-Facade
-Night Slash
-Quick Attack

Zangoose is the One hit KO master of the team. A Toxic Orb, Toxic Boost, Facade can sweep many opponents. When the Toxic Orb isn't needed anymore Vileplumes Aromatherapy takes care of it quick.

And thats the team. Make suggestions for anything, from new moves to new members. AND DONT SAY GET RID OF CASTFORM

This team is weak to almost every fighting type in Nu. if they have a ground scarfer and a fighting scarfer with support pokes than your team is going down the drain. i think you should have weather due to castform.

another note is your team is hazard weak. having no spinner leaving you with 3 layers of spikes/2 layers of toxic/ and stealthrocks bring you below 50% on switch in at full.

if you plan to use clear smog on a stat booster than your high. not trying to be rude by an means it's just that they will take you down before u can get it off being that garb is slow having weaknesses to ground and psychic.

tauros is outa place on this team. he has no reason for being there as your description says which means you just threw him on there without thinking. thats what i think of this whole team actually i see not 1 ghost type to counter your fighting type vulnerability's.

it needs major tweaks in my opinion.

Also none of your pokes are really fast. so the first thing is get a ghost type, main priority. 2nd is getting a viable spinner. i would say replace tauros with a ghost type and shedninja with wortutle. and replace, shedninja isn't really viable and is taken out by anything pursuit is a move that takes shedninja out without fail so shedninja is like 1 less pokemon on your team in professional terms.

Rule 3 said:
Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it. The standard description length required is three to four lines, if you need more insight look on the detail part, check out the RMT Archive.
You need a minimum of three lines of descriptions for each of your Pokemon. PM me your updated descriptions and I'll unlock this thread.
