Improving the RMT forum

I've noticed there is no Simple Questions thread in the Rate My Team forum.
Creating one could centralize questions asked in stark and wifi, giving help to users thinking of posting a rmt that may not need opinions on there entire time.
I can only guess that users have had unanswered questions when posting a rmt, this could perhaps fix that, at the same time making a place to ask team building and questions directly related to making a RMT.
 
It could act in a way, of clarifying rules users have questions on.
Making it easier, for example how its easier in school to have a teacher explain the directions to you rather than her writing them down for you to figure out on your own, not being able to ask a question in a sense.

Had to double post because im on my psp, but i would like to hear other peoples thoughts on this.
 
Most "simple" teambuilding questions would be adequately answered by the analyses on-site. Or are you referring to questions about the forum itself? I would have thought the rules thread would be sufficient for that.
 
The problem I see with this is that people misinterpret the thread and instead have it as a place to go "What should I have for the 6th slot in this team?" and then list the team fully without all the details.

IMO the SQSA thread in Stark is fine because it receives enough attention to have people answer the questions.
