I can't seem to find where Infernape learns Nasty Plot. It's not listed in its naturally-learned moves, egg moves, etc. Help would be appreciated. [Lock when answered.]

It learns it as chimchar/ monferno iirc. And this should go int he ask a simple question thread

No, Monferno doesn't learn it, only Chimchar.
