*Insert Awesome/Witty Team Name Here*

So here I am, trying to formulate a proper team that doesn't completely fail! With the ban of Lucarionite seemingly inevitable, I've set out to make a team with... something else. After testing the following team on PS, I've been able to hold a rating of 1300-1450 with this team (Which I'm not sure is good or bad, honestly). However, it also has its flaws. But hey, that's what you're all here for, right? Maybe?

Excadrill @ Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Iron Head
- Stealth Rock

The lead of this team. His main role is to set up Stealth Rocks and Rapid Spin away opposing entry hazards. Earthquake is is primary attack, which allows him to hit Rotom hard thanks to Mold Breaker, and it also allows him to hit other Levitate users hard. Iron Head is a decent coverage move that also allows it to hit Fairies hard. Jolly is chosen over Adamant since it allows it to outspeed crucial threats like Timid Heatran without a balloon and OHKO back.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 248 Def / 16 Spd
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Substitute
- Protect

The Physical Wall of this team. The combination of Toxic, Substitute, and Protect works great against anything that may try to set up, and Earthquake allows Steel types that aren't Skarmory or Bronzong and non-Grass Poison types to be hit hard as well. However, I do question if I even need to be putting any Speed EVs in there at all. Is there even anything he needs to be able to outpseed?

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 216 SDef / 44 Spd
Calm Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Volt Switch
- Pain Split

The Special Wall and Pivot of this team. Pain Split and Leftovers are chosen over ChestoRest because of the lack of a cleric on this team. Will-O-Miss is mainly used to cripple anything Physical that may try to switch in. Volt Switch is chosen over Thunderbolt to allow Rotom to soak up a hit before switching to one of my sweepers. Like Gliscor, I question if the Speed EVs are necessary, especially if I want to be using Volt Switch.

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Fire Blast

The Revenge Killer of this team. His main purpose is to switch in after a teammate is KO'd and hit as hard as possible. Outrage is chosen over Dragon Claw, as the sheer power is wanted in order to properly revenge. Stone Edge is reserved for Togekiss, the only Fairy who resists both Dragon and Ground. Fire Blast is used over Fire Fang to hit Ferrothorn and Skarmory harder.

Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- U-turn

The Special Sweeper of this team. Max Speed is used in order to outspeed crucial threats such as non-Mega Alakazam, and the like. Dark Pulse is chosen over Extrasensory to better hit Ghosts and Psychics. U-turn is used to switch out if a slower threat that can't be OHKO'd comes in, in order to deal chip damage and switch to a wall that can soak up the damage.

Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze/Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Dragon Dance
- Flare Blitz
- Roost

The Physical Sweeper of this team. Adamant is used since Dragon Dance will be used more often than not, allowing it to outspeed just about everything anyway. Since I'm not willing to risk getting locked into Outrage, the extra power from Adamant helps power up Dragon Claw as well. Roost is used over Earthquake in order to heal off recoil from Flare Blitz, and there are other members on this team who can deal with Heatran fine anyway.

Notable Flaws:
- Gyarados destroys this team. The only thing that can tank its attacks is Rotom, who can't do anything either if it gets behind a Sub, and also gets OHKO'd by a Mold Breaker EQ if it goes Mega.

- Assault Vest Conkeldurr also destroys this team. Assault Vest along with its huge physical bulk lets it wall everything, and its sheer coverage allows it to take out just about everything on this team. Guts also prevents me from trying to stall it to death, as the boost just allows it to murder everything even harder. Then again, I've never tried switching in Charizard on one, so Idk if that could work at all.

-Mega Venusaur walls this whole team. Hard.

-No priority what-so-ever.

Hey Destroyer713, this is a pretty solid team line up you have here. It looks like your main objective is to perform a clean sweep with Mega Charizard-X after counters/checks have been killed and have good partners to help it. I've been play testing this team and can tell you the threat list you made covers the major things that hinder the team as a whole, BUT all 3 can be remedied by one Pokemon. I suggest running Nasty Plot Thundurus over Greninja to easily beat both Gyarados and Mega Gyarados as well as do a ton of damage to AV Conkeldurr and Mega Venusaur. With a STAB set of Flying and Electric all of the major threats to your team are now manageable. Thundurus provides great support and utility with its nice move pool, having access to Thunder Wave, Taunt, U-turn, Volt Switch, etc. Thundurus can help cripple faster threats like Manaphy or Genesect with T wave who would otherwise be able to do a ton to Mega Charizard-X. Another problem i noticed was Gliscor was dying more than i felt he should have as a physical wall and stall breaker. It is for this reason that you should try running Mandibuzz over Gliscor in that slot. Mandibuzz has a fantastic support move pool and unbelievable bulk on both sides of the spectrum. With access to moves like Toxic, Taunt, Roost, Defog, Foul Play, Knock Off and more it can easily take the spot of Gliscor as a premier physical wall. Foul Play smashes set up sweepers, Taunt breaks down stall, Roost for suitability, and Knock Off for putting the opponent at an even worse position to win. Toxic and Brave Bird are nice options as well, but it is more of a preference thing. That was really all I saw that needed to be changed to the team. Good Luck in the future and I hope i was helpful.
