What does Waterfall hit really hard. I'm more than willing to give up 20 base power for a lot more type coverage where it matters. EVs and nature I'm not too sure about.

If Weavile gets in, you have troubles taking it out, imo. Only Gyarados can safely switch in and do something, and I'm pretty sure it won't like STAB CH'ed Blade Test. Make Electivire Lonely or Naughty, and put TBolt over TPunch. You'll find that most times, TBolt will do more. I would take off CB as well. THAT much versatility is just too much to reduce to a Choice Band imo. Leafeon should be Jolly, it's Atk stat is actually pretty good, and it's SAtk, sucks. Besides, Leaf Blade became physcial anyway. Try evolutia's 196 HP/192 Speed/106 Atk/16 Def EV Spread. Oh, yeah, and you have CBTar weak, you should try to remedy that by getting a solid physical wall.

Gyarados should be Adamant. There are many Gyarados EV Spreads out there, most of them are pretty Bulky (lots of HP/Def, but a fair amount of Speed/Atk as well). CharmBliss seems interesting, but I just don't like Blissey having two special attacking moves without a way to boost them. Grasswhistle>Scissors Cross on Leafeon so that you can make the phazer/hazer fall asleep.

you need a Normal resist or else stuff like Tauros and Snorlax will come in and totally old school you back to RBY. You don't have a physical wall to take Dragon Claws/ Outrage either from physical chomp,sala and nite.

You should mention traits for pokes that have more than one, ie Adaptive or Download for PZ?
