Hi everyone, I am newbioform, a forum newbie. I have decided that the best way to introduce myself is through a warstory, so here it is. I have chosen this warstory because it’s short and got a small twist. (also hax free!) It happened in a Smogon Suspect Ladder Match.
Because I did not ask my opponent if I can warstory this, I will replace his/her name with ‘Opp’. Opp, I know you will read this, please don’t be mad at me :p
I also edited out most of the conversations in the match. No leftovers are involved (incredible!).
Without furthur ado, here is my (completely unoriginal and shamelessly stolen) team.:p

While the starter match-up seems to be favorable to me, this is actually really bad because 3 members of my team have basically disqualified themselves for the entire match. My only hope is to rely on my two water types to create some magic. My Weavile has taunt, but since Electrode is faster I’ll just go with Fake Out + Night Slash

What just happened? Instead of switching to Bronzong and rain dance on the switch, he has chosen to sacrifice the electric user. I think maybe he was expecting a pursuit, which would work rather nice with fake out. I let out a huge sign of relief. My team would have been utterly crushed if Electrode is hanging around.
As he is probably expecting a switch, I decided to taunt the obvious Hypnosis. It’s a risky move and I should have tried setting up my Gyarados instead.

The situation is getting really ugly for me. My Gyarados has no Sp.D investment and grass knot will be a lot more than he can handle. My only choice is to wear down the Ludicolo with HP Electric and then Fake Out or Extremespeed him to death. Vappy will have to eat the Grass Knot and wait for a surf switch-in later in the game to revive herself.

Much to the shock of me and Opp, Weavile managed to survive. The move actually only deals 26-31%. On hindsight, my LO Lucario would just be dead. My troubles are not over though, as Kingdra look to dance up and sweep my team, with Vappy weakened into KO range. The only choice I have here is to taunt the Kingdra, then try to set-up my Gyarados. Opp knows this only too well though.

Pros:
Weavile for doing so great without the speed advantage.
Gyarados for good dancing and the miraculous outspeed.
Lucario for the finishing blow.
Opp for a great game.

Cons:
Some obvious mistakes along the way, the most stupid being Counter.
Dugtrio for failing to KO.
A EVing mistake that costed Opp his match.
Mamoswine and Moltres for sitting there and doing their best to be utterly useless.
