The text of Iron Fist is as follows:
Iron Fist
The Pokemon has trained their fists with patience, concentration, and discipline.
While the user is Ledian: Bonuses granted to the user's attacks by Attack Forte are doubled (x2).
When the user executes an attack tagged #Punch: Grant the user Attack Forte 10, also named "Plus", until they successfully complete an attack not tagged #Punch.
Format: b4p3 Singles
- 1 Technique Control (tech would distract from the prompt)
- One starting player drafts 1 Pokemon, then players draft 2 Pokemon (or as many as possible) at a time until the pool is empty.
- If Ledian remains to be drafted when drafting last, you must draft Ledian.
- The player who drafts last sends out first.
- Send out no more than 1 Pokemon you didn't draft.

Because he was a traded Pokemon, Sheldon is one of Doduodrio's strongest team members. His original trainer insists that he doesn't want to trade back for Sheldon, so Doduodrio has been raising him ever since.
