Iron Hands is a great addition to an Electric team, as its bulk combined with an Assault Vest allows it to take hits from Pokémon that Electric teams otherwise struggle against like Kyurem and Landorus-T while also pivoting into frail teammates. Drain Punch is Iron Hands’s only form of recovery and is capable of dealing blows to Pokemon like Hisuian Goodra and Ferrothorn. Ice Punch allows Iron Hands to threaten Ground-types like Landorus and Garchomp, as it can take an attack from Landorus and an unboosted Garchomp. Rock Slide allows Iron Hands to OHKO Blacephalon, Volcarona, and Mega Charizard Y, while Thunder Punch still deals with Mega Charizard Y while also dealing with Water-types and bulkier Flying-types such as Manaphy, Slowbro, and Corviknight. Volt Switch allows it to pivot out of checks like Tapu Lele and Mega Sableye and into Pokemon like Tapu Koko and Regieleki that can deal damage to the opposing team, while Earthquake allows it to deal with Gholdengo and opposing Iron Hands, as they would wall it otherwise. The EV spread allows Iron Hands to avoid an OHKO from +2 Dragonite's Earthquake or a 2HKO from Mega Charizard Y, allowing Iron Hands to retaliate with an Ice Punch or Rock Slide. The EV spread also allows it to OHKO Garchomp with Ice Punch while in Electric Terrain due to Quark Drive set by its teammates. Tapu Koko is an amazing partner with Iron Hands, as it can take care of Mega Sableye and Mamoswine while also setting Electric Terrain, which allows Iron Hands to hit harder through Pokemon like Toxapex. Iron Hands is weak to Ground-type Pokemon like Mamoswine and Landorus-T, so Pokemon with a Ground immunity like Zapdos and Rotom-W can ease some pressure on Iron Hands while also taking some hits defensively. Both can also form a pivoting core with Iron Hands to pivot frail teammates in on both physical and special attackers, increasing the amount of times these teammates can come in, and both also have the opportunity to use Defog, allowing Iron Hands to avoid taking entry hazard damage. Rotom-W in particular can cripple physical attackers that Iron Hands can’t handle, like Mamoswine and Garchomp, with Will-O-Wisp. Regieleki is also a great teammate, as it can capitalize on Iron Hands's removal of special walls for it to sweep.

Iron Hands is a staple on Electric teams, as it’s high HP and Attack stat combined with Assault Vest allows it to be a solid check to a lot of Pokémon Electric teams have trouble taking, as they can’t get through Iron Hands quckly, especially with drain punch being able to heal Iron Hands while taking these hits. [This is too long of a sentence and this is not telling me or the readers what is it checking that electric teams cannot. Also redo this opening sentence, talk about its great bulk, being able to to check (provide examples) and provide slow pivoting is why its a staple pick.] - Add a D Punch sentence. Ice Punch allows Iron Hands to threaten Ground-types like Landorus-I and Garchomp, as it could take an attack from Landorus-I and an unboosted Garchomp. Rock Sslide allows for Iron Hands to OHKO Blacephalon, Volcarona, and Mega Charizard Y is an option for dealing with Flying- and Bug- types that would be resistant to Ice Punch such as Volcarona, Mega Charizard Y, and Blacephalon, [Blacephalon is not a Flying nor Bug type] while Thunder Punch is a useful STAB move that still deals with Mega Charizard Y while also dealing with Water- and bulkier Flying-types [Like?] not expecting the move. Volt Switch allows it to pivot out of checks and into Pokémon that can deal damage to the opposing team with no damage sustained, [Again, what mons are we pivoting out of that checks iron hands?? And what are we pivoting into?] while Earthquake allows it to deal with Gholdengo and opposing other Iron Hands, as they would wall it otherwise. Add an EVs sentence, what does it do for Iron Hands??? Survives Dragonite's +2 Earthquake and is not 2HKO'ed by Mega Charizard-Y. OHKO's Garchomp with Ice Punch under Electric terrain. Iron Hands substantially helps offensive Electric teams, as most likely, it will be one of the only Pokemon able to repeatedly take hits, and it‘s ability to destroy special attackers helps Pokémon like Alolan Raichu and Regieleki clean up without those walls in the way. Tapu Koko is an amazing partner, as not only does it benefit from special attackers being gone, but it can also fast pivot in Iron Hands into checks, and the Electric Terrain allows Iron Hands to boost it’s attack power to muscle through those threats. Rotom-W and Iron Hands make an amazing core, due to Rotom-W being able to take on physical attackers while Iron Hands take care of the special attackers that hold Iron Hands back, while also being able to pivot between each each other. Iron Hands has no reliable recovery, and thus can’t take too much hits consistently, so it really appreciates Pokémon that can remove hazards like Rotom-W and Regieleki, as they maximize the damage Iron Hands can take before being KOed. [This whole part i would want you to redo/shorten up a bit. You need to provide examples of mons on what Hands teammates is checking for it and vice versa. This helps the reader gets an idea on which teammates it wants to use, etc. Also no mention of Zapdos is mind boggling, you can put it with Rotom-W as the ground immunity core while Regieleki is a fast teammate that goes brrrrrrr.]

It also allows it to OHKO Garchomp with Ice Punch while in Electric Terrain set by it’s teammates. Tapu Koko is an amazing pair with Iron Hands, as it can take care of Mega Sableye and Mamoswine Clodsire, while also setting Electric Terrain, which allows Iron Hands to hit harder through Pokémon like Toxapex. Iron Hands is really weak to Ground-Type Pokémon like Mamoswine and Landorus-T, so Pokemon with a Ground Immunity like Zapdos and Rotom-W can ease some pressure on Iron Hands while also being able to take some hits dDefensively. Iron Hands is a great addition on an Electric team, as it’s bulk combined with and Assault Vest allows it to take hits from Pokemon that Electric teams otherwise struggle to against like Kyurem and Landorus-T (RC) while also pivoting out into these frail teammates. Drain Punch is Iron Hands’s only form of recovery (RC) while also being a strong move and is capable of dealing blows to Pokémon Pokemon like Hisuian Goodra and Ferrothorn. Ice Punch allows Iron Hands to threaten Ground-types like Landorus and Garchomp, as it could can take an attack from Landorus and an unboosted Garchomp. Rock Slide allows for Iron Hands to OHKO Blacephalon, Volcarona, and Mega Charizard Y, (AC) while Thunder Punch is a useful STAB move that still deals with Mega Charizard Y while also dealing with Water-types and bulkier Flying-types such as Manaphy, Corviknight, and Slowbro. Volt Switch allows it to pivot out of checks like Tapu Lele and Mega Sableye (RC) and into Pokémon Pokemon like Tapu Koko and Regieleki that can deal damage to the opposing team with no damage sustained the rest is redundant, while Earthquake allows it to deal with Gholdengo and opposing Iron Hands, as they would wall it otherwise. The EV spread allows Iron Hands to avoid a OHKO from +2 Dragonite's Earthquake Dragonite, as well as avoiding a 2HKO from Mega Charizard Y, allowing Iron Hands to retaliate with an Ice Punch or Rock Slide. It The spread also allows it to OHKO Garchomp with Ice Punch while in Electric Terrain is this due to a protosynthesis attack boost? if so, that should be specified set by it’s its teammates. Tapu Koko is an amazing pair partner with Iron Hands, as it can take care of Mega Sableye and Mamoswine (RC) while also setting Electric Terrain, which allows Iron Hands to hit harder through Pokémon Pokemon like Toxapex. Iron Hands is really really is too casual imo weak to Ground-Type Pokémon like Mamoswine and Landorus-T, so Pokemon with a Ground immunity like Zapdos and Rotom-W can ease some pressure on Iron Hands while also being able to take taking some hits defensively. Both can also form a pivoting core with Iron Hands to bring frail teammates from both sides of the spectrum, I pinged you on disc too but does spectrum refer to the pivoting moves or the pokemon being brought in? Either way this will need to be rephrased so lmk and both also have the opportunity to use Defog, allowing Iron Hands to avoid taking entry hazard damage. (AP) Rotom-W in particular can cripple physical attackers that Iron Hands can’t handle, like Mamoswine and Garchomp, (AC) with Will-O-Wisp. Both also have the opportunity to use Defog, allowing Iron Hands to avoid taking hazard Damage (RP) separating the rotom-w sentence to keep your ideas together Regieleki is also a great teammate, as it can capitalize on Iron Hands's removal of removing special walls for it to sweep.
