* Ice Punch lets Iron Valiant deal with both Landorus formes, though it has a chance of not beating Fly Landorus-T.
* Poison Jab helps against non-Kebia Berry Whimsicott and Serperior, while Liquidation can take care of frail and non-Passho Berry Volcarona.
* Iron Valiant struggles against Psychic- and Fairy-type Pokemon like Iron Crown, Metagross, Primarina, and Sylveon, so Pokemon like Hoopa-U, Darkrai, and Pecharunt are really helpful. In return, Iron Valiant can help them deal with Fighting- and Ground-type Pokemon like Iron Hands, Great Tusk, and Landorus.

I would probably be more specific here since Brave Bird and Iron Head can KO Valiant after a CC drop.
