Is America's Justice System biased toward Blacks?

With the no indeitment with the Michael Brown or Eric Gardner case, many black people have come out with there disapproval and their mistrust with the police and the justice system. I want to know how you feel about it, white or black

I honestly believe that there is a certain bias against specifically against young black and brown men. I think we've got fix this thing so all of us have a fair chance to succeed in life, and ruining our futures w/ criminal records. When you do this you ruin there chances to avoid crime because a felon really can't get a good job and will just end committing even more crimes. This cycle has hampered black and brown lives and it should end.
