A description of each pokemon would be incredibly helpful in rating this team. For example, that Garchomp looks really intriguing, but I have no idea the reasoning behind it, so I (like many other people) am inclined to say that it is inferior to a normal Scarfchomp because of the difference in Garchomps attack and special attack stats. I'm also wondering why you went for Blaze Kick over Crunch on Lucario, it doesn't make sense to me. Also, Adamant over Jolly so you have a chance at OHKO'ing stuff like Skarmory.

I wouldn't say your team is weak to ground either, Azelf and Weezing are both immune to EQ, and only Lucario is actually weak to it, although none of your pokemon can really switch into a strong EQ.

I would recomend against Roll Out on Snorlax, Crunch or Fire Punch (if it's legal) would work far better there in my opinion. As of right now, any ghost or steel type walls you. A different attack type would really help with that.

I would also go with Flamethrower and / or Thunderbolt over Protect / Toxic on Weezing. This will allow you to deal with Heracross and / or Gyarados if you need to. At least run Flamethrower, since Heracross gives this team a lot of trouble on paper.

i follow your advice and changed there attacks and add the pokemon's i think that can help this team,

i want to hit them straight out with a sweeper, but they always have a Aerodactyl or something quicker then my starter to taunt me with,i am wondering, about that,
