Is this a good moveset for my Palkia?

I just caught it so I haven't started Ev Training but this what I did so far and what I plan on doing. I can reset if my nature is wrong or it you see a problem.

Palkia:Lustrous Orb, sassy(+SpD,-speed)
lv- 50
Surf
Special rend
Dragon Claw
Heal Block

future: I need help with.

yeah, get one with a better nature if you want to battle competatively with it at all.

Modest, Timid, or even Hasty or Naive if you want to use Focus Punch

Is surf a good move cause I heard he learned aqua tail which I think is more powerful then surf.

Palkia should probably be a Special attacker (unless you feel like using a Bulk Up version). Surf has 95 Base Power compared to the 90 of Aqua Tail. Surf is also Special which is better for Palkia. It also has 100% accuracy, compared to Aqua Tail's 90%. Reset for a Timid or Modest nature.

That depends if you want to use the Bulk Up version or the Special sweeper.
