Ok, so last time no one replied. Let's try This again :D
Politoed is obviously my lead as it is the drizzle setter upper! So here is the set.
Politoed@Leftovers
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Nature: Bold
~ Scald
~ Protect
~ Encore
~ Perish Song
This is a very effective set as it stalls Pokemon with encore who set up SR or pokes that raise their stats. Scald is for the natural burn, plus the insane STAB and rain capabilities it brings. Protect is for.... 1. HP recovery and 2. Burn stalling. Perish Song allows me to at least let a sweeper have to switch. This is my bulky lead and it definitely helped me in my last battle.
33%-38% Conkeldurr's Drain Punch 252 Atk [Brave, like mine]
29%-34% Scizor U-Turn 252 Atk
40%-47% Haxorus Outrage 252 Atk!!!!!
36%-42% Landorus Earthquake 252 Atk

Ferrothorn, with rain, allows itself to be bulky with 2 weaknesses, both at 2x: Fighting and Fire. Ferrothorn is my wall and staller with its annoying abilities.
Ferrothorn@Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Nature: Relaxed
~ Spikes
~ Leech Seed
~ Protect
~ Power Whip
Spikes allow Ferrothorn to set up and prepare to wreak havoc on pokemon who will switch in. Leech Seed is for recovery as Ferrothorn has unfortunately no great recovery scheme. Protect brings leftovers and leech seed into effect. Power Whip is just in case I get taunted and there isn't a safe switch. Ferrothorn is basically my special wall and it serves its purpose at an OK rate.
Bulk
Latios 252 SpA Draco Meteor 28%-32%
Hydreigon 252 SpA Draco Meteor 24%-29%
Hydreigon 252 SpA Flamethrower* 44%-52%

Latios, the infamous threat to OU. This thing can one shot so many pokes it isn't FUNNY! Well, to me it is! This is my Special Sweeper.
Latios@Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid
~ Surf
~ Draco Meteor
~ Psyshock
~ Hidden Power [Fighting]
Latios is THE Special Sweeper of 5th gen. With crazy sp. a and speed, respectable defenses, and an OK amount of HP, this thing packs a punch while maybe taking a few. Surf is for the drizzle boost against pokemon like heatran or Gliscor. Draco Meteor is for the 210 [after STAB] attack and OK accuracy to 1 shot half of the threat list. Psyshock is for those Blissey that wall other Latios'. HP Fighting is for Ferrothorns, Tyranitar, and any other pokemon that could wall this Pokemon. This is my Late-Game Sweeper.

Jolteon is my other Sweeper that can get the job done and has coverage worthwhile. It's like a Special Scizor in some ways. Trust me, this thing is a beastly little Fox Dog thing.
Jolteon@ExpertBelt
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid/Modest
~ Thunder
~ Volt Switch
~ Hidden Power [Grass]
~ Shadow Ball
Thunder has perfect accuracy in rain and 180 damage [after STAB] that can definitely hurt Pokemon. Volt Switch is like a Special U-Turn. This allows me to scout for moves, too. HP Grass is for Gastro switch ins. Shadow Ball is just a spare slot I have. Anything can replace that. This is my Special Sweeper in some ways, too.

This is my Current Physical-ish wall and what did replace Blissey. I haven't tried it out on this team but it does great otherwise. This is the standard WishCM sort of thing.
Jirachi@Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 224 Def / 32 Spe
Nature: Bold
~ Wish
~ Water Pulse
~ Calm Mind
~ Thunder
This set gives me a great Wall in both defenses and a special sweeping sort of thing. Wish gives 202 HP to anything that switches [or not] into it. Water Pulse is, in the rain, 90 base power with a chance of confusion. Calm Mind gives me the upper hand in Special Attack and even more Special Bulk. Thunder is just to hit hard on anything but what resists it.
I don't like Scizor anymore, it dies way too quickly. So I switched it with my new physical Sweeper, Conkeldurr. This Poke Is a great helper towards latios, in which case this pokemon doesn't have the best bulk, but with Bulk Up, we'll get there!
Conkeldurr@Lefties
Ability: Guts
EVs: 120 HP / 252 Atk / 136SpD
Nature: Brave
~ Drain Punch
~ Mach Punch
~ Bulk Up
~ Payback
This is the might, superior Pokemon Conkeldurr. It's GINORMOUS attack stat gives it the right to not have to be adamant. I went brave just so I could have more Defense. Drain Punch does a load to Pokemon and I get some HP back. Mach Punch is mainly for killing one of those Pokemon that always ends up having like 32 HP or something. Bulk Up is to be more defensive, and payback is so I can hit those pesky ghost types. This set seems Ok to use and I enjoy using it. I chose this over the SubPunch for some reason, so Reply if you have a better set for this sweepzter!

Please rate my team for I need help big time!! I like this team but it isn't the best. I need help, guys!!!!! I will have more damage calculations soon!
