Since it's pouring rain where I live, I decided to make a team. This team is weird-ish and I haven't gotten that far up the ladder at all (maybe 1700?) but I don't really dabble in OU that much. Anyways, this team is decent and I think it could be better. Please share your opinions

Thundurus-Therian @ Life Orb
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 Def
Modest Nature
- Thunder
- Agility
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Blast

Single dance Thundurus to clean house after its checks are out of the way. Also, I had never used one until now. I can see how the double dance variant is very good, but I like to HP Ice for the over-abundance of dragons. Obviously the extra EV's are in Def because I would hit 300 with it in HP.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SDef
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Power Whip
- Thunder Wave
- Leech Seed

Super specially defensive Ferro to sponge all the hits. Also my SR user. I originally had LO Mamo on this team, but he just wasn't doing it for me. So I had to put Sr on this guy. Power Whip so I can get some damage on anything. Seeds are to be annoying. And T-Wave...the move that always gets switched to Protect...and then back to T-Wave again. Please help me decide which is better for him :/

Politoed @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Perish Song
- Surf

Obvious Toed is obvious. Toed has been my favorite Poke since H/S/C and I'm super happy he got the blessing that is Drizzle. Now, I went with ScarfToed to hit hard and fast. Hydro is for that big damage (that hardly ever hits for me) Ice Beam for all the dragons that run amok, and Surf for solid damage. Perish Song might look really weird to you, but it really does help against sweepers like DNite and SD Chomp/Scizor. The only other move Toed has is Focus Blast...and I guess Psychic.

Tentacruel.gif

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Trait: Rain Dish
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 236 Def / 20 Spd
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic
- Ice Beam

Now Tentacruel needs to be talked about. The first two moves are pretty standard. Scald to burn those annoying physical attackers and get off some nice rain damage, and Rapid Spin to get rid of annoying hazard that Torn and Thundurus don't like. But the last two are always inter-changeable. I, personally, like Toxic over over T.Spikes because it poison what I want poisoned right away. Though, I have been switching them around. Ice Beam is , once again, for pesky dragons that think they can set up on me. Often switched with Protect though. Opinions?

Tornadus (M) @ Sharp Beak
Trait: Prankster
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 Atk
Naive Nature
- Hurricane
- Focus Blast
- U-turn
- Tailwind

Ugh, how I miss Tornadus-T :/ Ah well! Tornadus is here for two reasons. To punch holes into other Pokemon with the 100 percent accurate Hurricane and to set up a Tailwind for my other Pokemon. Focus Blast is mainly for Tyranitar/Heatran/Ferro etc.. And U-turn is another move I keep on switching out. It's really good for initiative, but priority Taunt is so good on Pokemon like Gliscor/Bliss/Skarm etc.. Please help me :]

Park_Jirachi.png

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Ice Punch
- Iron Head
- Trick

Now hate me all you want, but I use Jirachi purely for the haxs. Now this Jirachi was originally SubCM but I tried this and it worked a lot better. Takes out Pokes for Thundurus. Yes yes, I do have two Scarfs on this team, but I usually sacrifice Toed early unless there's a weather war going on. U-turn is for the switches. Ice Punch for stupid dragons...again haha. Iron Head is for solid damage and haxs. Trick has been swapping back and forth with Healing Wish.

Hello there! As noted in the RMT posting guide, please include an importable. It can be found in either of the major battle simulators. I'll finish rating when that's done. Cheers!

My apologies! I don't know how to hide the importable on this new forum however so it made the original post quite a bit longer.

Try
importablehere
, where you enter the importable in the "importablehere" area. I don't know if HTML still works in raw code, but it might work. Though I'm a tad busy right now, I'll probably be able to finish the rate soon.
