I would reorder this and specify that it can tank even Specs PZ

Mention that Scale Shot should be used so you can outspeed certain Pokemon and 2HKO them with Scale into another attack.

for Choice Band Urshifu's Close Combat,

probably dont need a mention but if u change to careful we now need to scale shot t1 vs band shifu and only band shifu, so maybe change the speed to 80 invest instead so u outspeed at +1? again ask the others for input

Assault Vest Regidrago lacks the overall power of its Choice Band or Choice Specs sets, so it's usually best to pair it with offensive Pokemon like Primarina and Hoopa-U.
