A First Look
Who else could you start with but Politoed?
Before you go yelling at me for using a "banned" mon, read my intro. Seriously. It'll help. Garchomp ftw!
Epic Haxrachi owns in Rain.
For general walling and stalling - Bliss
Revenge Kill Specs Latios
Nasty Plot Thundurus - Sweeper
In-Depth Analysis
Politoed (M) @ Choice Scarf Trait: Drizzle EVs: 76 Def / 252 SAtk / 180 Spd Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk) - Hydro Pump - Ice Beam - Focus Blast - Hypnosis
Final Words
Ok, I know the title had absolutely little to do with my RMT, but I had to get your attention
. I decided to mess around with my favorite weather, and arguably the best weather, Rain. {HQ} got itself entered in a clan tournament, and what do you know, this team won in the first round!
ALSO - AS A SIDE NOTE - NO BANS IN MY TOURNY EXCEPT FOR UBERS (Garchomp allowed So without further ado, here is:
It's Raining Cats and Dogs and....Dragons?

Politoed (M) @ Choice Scarf Trait: Drizzle EVs: 76 Def / 252 SAtk / 180 Spd Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk) - Hydro Pump - Ice Beam - Focus Blast - Hypnosis
Scarfed Politoed. I switch between bulk and power, and sometimes I feel that bulk might work better (especially against other weather teams) Hypnosis is to allow Thundurus to setup and sweep, while the other 3 moves are for coverage. Bold isn't right, I know.
Garchomp (M) @ Choice Scarf Trait: Sand Veil EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Outrage - Earthquake - Stone Edge - Aqua Tail

Garchomp (M) @ Choice Scarf Trait: Sand Veil EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Outrage - Earthquake - Stone Edge - Aqua Tail
Yep. Choice Scarfed Garchomp. Again, if you didn't read my intro or A First Look, please do so before you start flaming at me about using Garchomp. Since this is a rain team, Aqua Tail is a must, Stone Edge for coverage, Outrage for raw power and STAB, and Earthquake for power and STAB. I have a particular weakness to ice on this team, which is partly taken care of by Bliss, which is why I'm forced to make Jirachi a bit bulky.
Jirachi @ Leftovers Trait: Serene Grace EVs: 252 HP / 224 SDef / 32 Spd Careful Nature (+SDef, -Def) - Iron Head - Thunder - Stealth Rock
- Wish

Jirachi @ Leftovers Trait: Serene Grace EVs: 252 HP / 224 SDef / 32 Spd Careful Nature (+SDef, -Def) - Iron Head - Thunder - Stealth Rock
- Wish
Nobody sees a Thunder coming. Especially Jellicent. Others see it as a special Jirachi and then go to Bliss, before Bliss gets owned by Iron Head. Wish and Protect for recovery. I used to use Cosmic Power Jirachi but that didn't work out so well. I'm forced to use Gentle in Thunder, so I might go back to Body Slam/TWave.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Natural Cure EVs: 200 HP / 252 Def / 52 SDef Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk) - Seismic Toss - Heal Bell - Softboiled - Toxic
Blissey helps my team out a lot by taking special attacks like a pro. I made her bold to take physical as well, but most of the time I'll go into another Pokemon. Seismic Toss for the easy 100 damage, Heal Bell is especially useful for status, Softboiled to heal and annoy, and Toxic to stall. I love Blissey and it has found a good place on this team.
Latios (M) @ Choice Specs Trait: Levitate EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Draco Meteor - Thunder - Surf - Psyshock

I have always used Latios on my teams. Who shouldn't, seeing it's raw Draco Meteor power and coverage moves, as well as huge speed. I can switch in for Jirachi to protect from EQ's and then act accordingly, most of the time for a OH/2HKO.
Thundurus (M) @ Life Orb Trait: Prankster EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Nasty Plot - Thunder - Focus Blast - Hidden Power [Ice]

Thundurus (M) @ Life Orb Trait: Prankster EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Nasty Plot - Thunder - Focus Blast - Hidden Power [Ice]
Lots of people hate Thundurus. Why shouldn't they, again? Nasty Plot reaches the hi 600s in base power, and Thunder OHKO'd a Curse Ferrothorn once -.-. HP Ice is there for coverage, while I don't find myself using it much. My PROBLEM WITH THUNDURUS - It dies too easily and can't take a hit.
Final Words
Thanks for viewing my RMT. Hopefully you can give some words/constructive criticism. Thanks! I don't have many threats, although I do have some problems with sand and keeping my weather up. I mean GOOD sand users.
