Politoed @ Choice Specs
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Ground]
Okay if you guys dont get this you probably are new to Smogon and everything that has to do with Pokemon battling. Drizzle? For the Rain. Hydro Pump with Choice Specs and everything else that makes it hit like a truck (Ev's 252 SPatk, Modest) makes this Pokemon a force of pure destruction. Check out the calculator and try whatever you want people. this poke 2 OHKO'S most of the OU Metagame. Ice Beam is for pesky grass and dragon types that try to setup. Focus Blast is for Ice-Types and Smeargle that try to take down my Dragon's. Hidden Power Ground is for that annoying Jolteon.

Gyarados @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Waterfall
- Outrage
(Bob: Have you seen Magikarp Lately? Looks like a total Boss right?) Hell yes he does, Bob. A terrifying 383 Atk combined with Moxie makes this once-forgotten-fish a total powerhouse. Whats up Galvantula, How'r you Feelin'? Earthquake= Electric-Types. Ice Fang is bound to take out Thunderus and Latias. Waterfall is AMAZING Stab. and outrage is just a great move to be paired with Moxie.

205.gif

Forretress @ Sitrus Berry
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
Forretress is the second most annoying lead in the rain EVER (First Ferrothorn). Why did you choose Forretress instead of Ferrothorn then? Well one word, Toxic Spikes. This and all the other entry hazards and rain make all the Pokemon on the other team (that arent Skarmory) crippled. Rapid Spin is amazingly useful against Ferrothorn, too.

373.gif

Salamence @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Aqua Tail
- Brick Break
Besides causing so many rage quits my head cant count them, Salamence does NOTHING. I mean lets be honest here! Dragon Claw is powerful Stab, (Although nothing like Outrage) and can demolish ALL but Steel. Earthquake closes that gap by sending most steel-types into oblivion. Aqua Tail is meant to take advantage of rain. While Brick Break Sends Ice Types flying.

381.gif

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Surf
- Thunder
- Calm Mind
- Roost
LOL auto-correct tried to call him "Latinos" anyways, Surf is for hitting hard and Thunder is for Perfect accuracy and taking out Tentacruel. Roost is for healing from Life Orb and taking Bullet Punches. And Calm Mind makes Latios quite the contender.

091.gif

Cloyster (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Razor Shell
- Icicle Spear
- Rock Blast
- Shell Smash
This set is of course is used for being annoying. What else? I mean we got Razor Shell For Massive Damage (#Rain). Shell Smash is for boosting the offensive stats. Rock Blast is used for maximum damage and can help taking out flying types. Icicle Spear is quite the bomb, taking out Grass and Dragon Types out Wherever he goes. Peace guys, thanks for viewing my team!

This should be really obvious, but you have an incredible weakness to Jolteon. While gyarados may out speed many common OU threats, jolteon IS scarfed 99% of the time. Even forry isn't going to survive multiple hits. You have one resistance and the secondary move of all scarf electrics is hp ice. Theoretically, jolteon could 6-0 your team with a few well-timed switch ins. A second, less noticeable weakness is your team will struggle with mamoswine.

You have one dedicated wall to defense (the incredible forrey). While bulky, It probably isn't enough to stop too many special attacks with no reliable form of recovery. I believe what you are suggesting is this is hyper offense. This is fine, but I'm not sure you have the type coverage for that luxury. You also lack priority.

All this taken into effect, the one major change I suggest is shifting out salamence in favor of Scizor. Both serve the same role relatively well but the importance here is scizor will cover all major issues addressed before. He takes neutral from jolteon stab and neutral from mamoswine. He has priority bullet punch which will put holes in both of those (and maybe OHKO mamo). The nice thing is, under rain scizor's one weakness is greatly weakened. He also complements latios well, taking dark, ice, ghost, and bug moves that would take latios out and latios takes earth, fighting, fire that would give scizor issues. Therefore, I'm suggesting removing salamence for this scizor set.

Scizor @ Lum Berry
Trait: Technician
EVs: 100 Atk / 252 HP / 156 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Swords Dance
- Superpower
- Roost

This set is specifically dedicated to threats under rain that your team would not counter well. Ferrothorn previously proved to wall the majority of your team relatively well even with the presence of earthquakes. He could laugh in your face, twave or seed you with ease. Get in a free swords dance and blast it right out of the park. This specific set gaurentees a OHKO on ferrothorn after one swords dance and should be a guaranteed 2hko without. Jolteon falls to anything that can hit it, and a +2 to bullet punch will do 50-60% damage. Again, super power is the guaranteed KO, if you can get it to stick and attack the special bulk (Short of choice band, nothing OHKO's jolteon from this set). Lum berry is kind of just there to get you a free turn set up when something might status you. This can also allow for Scizor to counter breloom by using bullet punch twice (after rocks). Again, plus two would assure that ko but you'd get spored if you tried to set up that on loom.

The only other thing I might suggest is having ferro over forry but I definitely see good reasoning in spinning for gyra (And mence, should you disregard this).

Just to point out, Jolteon on the monthly useage stats has a 4% useage of scarf. Compared to 32% Specs and 24% Life Orb.

That being said I do agree with your suggestion to add Scizor to the team. However I believe it'd be better to switch him in for Cloyster instead of Salamence.

Thanks for the rating Ajwf! although i must admit, salamence is too much of a powerhouse for me to take out of the game and i highly disregard your Scizor set. Choice banded Scizor should easily be able to take out Jolteon in two hits or less, given the fact it's not exactly a wall.
