It's Raining, it's snowing, Emboar is snoring

I'm going to start this by saying I'm super gimmicky and cheap. Please enjoy.

Process
Well, I'm not to picky on my pokemon. This team started out with Suicune as a rain setter. Eh, the team did ok. What I didnt realize is that Suicune can run all weather. So when I found out about Weatherman Suicune I decided to build a team. Without further ado, here it is.

Suicune for weather setting. An obvious lead on a weatherman team. Up next we have Stoutland, my favorite sand abuser. His sand rush with nice base attack grants him a UU Exadrill power(minus the OU). I then put in Kabutops as a good rain abuser. This made for two physical pokemon, meaning I would need a Special pokemon to counter balence.

I started with Cryogenal, but his defense was so crippling I put in a Glaceon instead. Without a doubt, she has saved me on countless occasions. I needed something to put in for Sun, so Victrory bell would do. It had the nice weather ball, and not to mention instant Solarbeam. To finish the overall I stuck in Silglyph just to cover for an empty hole.

I realized with every test that fighting types and fire types would exploit Kabutops and Victribell, so I replaced Victribell with Emboar and Kabutops for Tornadus. Soon, I found that, when I had no weather up, the team failed me. So I put in Nidoking for his amazing coverage over Silglyph.

The Team
That's enough talking. Most my sets are handmade, so they may seem sketchy. Just roll with it till the comments.

Well, there have it. Suicune. I'm just kidding. Even though Suicune has no atacking moves, she tanks like a beast. She withoulds just about every attack, at least enough so that she can set up. I like this moveset, but I'd be willing to drop Raindance/Sanstorm for scald. Of course, this would put a pokemon on the street, but there are plenty of replacements. Suicune reeks of Taunt Bait, but the only pokemon that I have seen carrying taunt in UU is Prankster Sableye.

My anti-Dugtrio lead. I'm super afraid of dugtio and its arena trap. So this guy comes in and Flare Blitzez until he dies. He also works under Sun, and, when his health gets low enough, he can sweep teams. My only problem is his move set. Eq and Return are great and all, but I have no need for them. Seriously. This guy is strong enough under sun (or without) to cause some serious damage. Or kill dugtrio, your choice.

If you didn't laugh at the picture, see a docter. In all seriosness, Tornadus bitches in rain better that anyone could. He's got his Hurricanes to blow you away, Dark Pulse for alakazms, Focus Blast to miss, and Psychic for my friend/enemy, fighting types. Well, that's all I have to say. He doesn't need any chane unless you can make his Hurricane break subs and ingure.Oh, one more thing. Ether ability works, it dont matter.

This guy would cover everything if he just had Psychic. But he doesn't so you get the set that in every weather form, he gets assistance. He operates as a jack of all trades and can at any moment come in and clean some mess left behind by an incompetent team member. However, he is checked by fighting types and anything that gets type advantage and is faster. By the way, that is a lot of pokemon.

Hurummph. Stoutland does it well I suppose. As I'm Writing this I'm thinking about switching him out for Marowak.... Any who, Stoutland kida just..lives. He doesan okay job but he always seems to be the least used. No one fears his mighty monacle and flees, so pursuit seems like a dead weight. I'm just saying, fighting types prey on him. He serves as a very late game sweeper, if even that. Usually he dies to soon. Oh well.

Oh Glaceon. Eevee of the ice. This Glaceons blizzard is a force to be reckoned with. Ice beam if forced not to be under hail. Hidden Power Fire for steels. Shadow Ball/Baton Pass is a unique story. The guide I got this set from said Baton Pass is for when she gets stuck in a bad spot, like with fires. Shadow ball is my recomendation, because it gives me the power to fight back against fires and ghosts.

Coclusion
As you can see, I'm no pokemon professer(nor do I give children balls). But this team has worked fairly well. It's main counters seems to be sub users hat set up and then wreck me before I can stop them. Maroak seems like a good choice because it can break subs, but I'll see. Fighting types still pose a problem, so I need more than one pokemon to carry a counter-move. Please leave any advise below. Sorry about the size of the pictures. I'm not sure if this will avoid a law suit, but all of them were taken from Devian Art.
