What about a IV battle thread?
People asking for IV battle's are constantly spamming the "Simple Questions, Simple Requests" thread.

Just a idea.

An IV check is a "simple request", so that is an appropriate place for that sort of thing.

Also, there are already eight stickies in the wifi forum, which might already be too many.
