IV Breeding Help!

Well I have a Timid Ditto and it has an everstone on it but it doesn't seem to pass down the nature. So far I've hatched 50 eggs with only 1 Timid... Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Yeah, I've done this a lot of times but this is the first time It's not working for me.

Are you sure the other pokemon isn't female?
