[SET COMMENTS]
Ivysaur is one of ZU's best balance and stallbreakers while also being a good Toxic Spikes absorber. Access to Knock Off sets it apart from other Grass-types such as Gloom and Shiinotic due to its ability to cripple Pokemon that rely on their Eviolite to be bulky such as Dusclops, Vullaby, and Klang. 136 Speed EVs let Ivysaur outspeed maximum Speed investment Adamant Offensive Machoke and Modest Octillery. Energy Ball can be used to 3HKO Dusclops that had its Eviolite removed, but Giga Drain is usually more reliable for checking Water-types such as Whiscash and Shell Smash Wartortle, since they can do heavy damage to Ivysaur back. Leaf Storm is an option that lets Ivysaur deal more damage to Pokemon such as Machoke, Persian, and Silvally-Ice, but the Special Attack drop makes it very prediction reliant while also making it a less reliable check to Wartortle and Whiscash. Sleep Powder is also an option to cripple Trubbish and Steel-types even further, but Ivysaur can rarely afford to drop one of its other moves.

Setup sweepers such as Eiscue, Silvally-Ice, and Mr. Mime appreciate Ivysaur's ability to cripple their defensive checks like Pyukumuku, Klang, and Dusclops early-game. Due to the high amount of Psychic- and Ice- types in the tier, Ivysaur appreciates Steel-type partners such as Cufant and Klang. Pokemon that take advantage of the aforementioned Steel-types such as Machoke, Whiscash, and Lampent are also good partners to Ivysaur, since it can't do much to them. Finally, Rapid Spin users such as Wartortle and Galarian Mr. Mime appreciate Ivysaur's ability to absorb Toxic Spikes, making them less pressured to come in.

Access to Knock Off sets it apart from other Grass-types such as Gloom and Shiinotic due to its ability to cripple Steel-types such as Cufant and Klang, while also letting Ivysaur pressure other Pokémon that rely on their Eviolite to be bulky such as Dusclops, Vullaby and Klang Machoke. [It avoids to repeat essentially twice the same thing] 136 Speed EVs let Ivysaur outspeed max Speed Adamant Offensive Machoke and Modest Octillery. 252 Special Attack EVs with a Modest nature are also mandatory for Ivysaur to stallbreak comfortably, being able to 2HKO Pyukumuku and 3HKO a knocked Dusclops with Energy Ball. Giga Drain is usually more reliable for checking Water-types such as Whiscash and Shell Smash Wartortle though, since they can do heavy damage to Ivysaur back. Leaf Storm is an option that lets Ivysaur [OHKO deal more damage] Reformulate this part to Pokémon such as Machoke, Persian and Silvally-Ice, but the Special Attack drop makes it very prediction reliant. Sleep Powder is also an option to cripple Trubbish and Steel-types even further, but Ivysaur can rarely afford to drop one of its other moves.

(I switch the order of one sentence to make this section clearer for the reader). Mention as usage tips you use ivysaur in early/mid game to weaken the opposite team to allow these sweepers to clean in late game Set up sweepers such as Eiscue, Silvally-Ice, and Mr.Mime appreciate Ivysaur's ability to cripple their defensive checks like Pyukumuku, Klang and Dusclops. Mentionning 252 EVs in SpA is fluff, you can rephraze it to say what Energy Ball does Giga Drain is usually more reliable for checking Water-types such as Whiscash and Shell Smash Wartortle though, since they can do heavy damage to Ivysaur back. Leaf Storm is an option that lets Ivysaur deal more damage to Pokémon such as Machoke, Persian and Silvally-Ice, but the Special Attack drop makes it very prediction reliant also the accuracy is an issue when it needs to handle SS Tortle or DD Whiscash. Sleep Powder is also an option to cripple Trubbish and Steel-types even further, but Ivysaur can rarely afford to drop one of its other moves.
