Journey Across America was in 2006, I received a 1099 from them for my taxes last year and paid taxes on it. This year I have received another 1099 from them stating I received 2660.00 income from them in 2007? How the hell is that possible when JAA was in 2006? Has this happened to any other JAA winners? Or does anybody here know how to explain this to me? There is no way I am paying taxes on this bs twice.
 
That's very peculiar Justin. I never even payed taxes on my 2006 winnings. I suggest you contact Nintendo ASAP. Also, speaking of JAA, they never sent me my diamond and or pearl games. Do you know a number i could contact them at?
 
Well, it's too late to call them now. I'm going to call them tomorrow and ask about my prize, and also whats up with them taxing you twice?
 
I tried calling Nintendo and i cant get a hold of an operator. I want my friggin diamond and pearl!
