so here goes ....
JadeX OU Competitive Team.

infernape.png

Infernape(M) @ Focus Sash
Rash Nature
Naive
192 Speed , 252 SP.Atk , 64 ATK
-Fake Out
-Flame Thrower
-Close Combat
-Stealth Rock

Standard Lead and in fact , I think it works better than Azelf Lead .
It's fast , and often able to kill off common leads (maybe other than Swampert or those anti-leads Pokemon)

zapdos.png

Zapdos @ Choice Scarf
Rash Nature
Pressure
252 Sp.Atk , 252 Speed , 4 Atk
-Thunderbolt
-Heat Wave
-Hidden Power [ICE]
-U-Turn

Either switch in to take attack , counter with Fire,Ice , Thunder (for Set up pokemon like DD Salamence , Agility Gross , DD Gyrados ) or U-Turn scout .

salamence.png

Salamence (M)@ Life Orb
Naughty Nature
Intimidate
232 Atk , 252 Speed , 24 Sp.Atk
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Fire Blast
-Earthquake

Typical Dragon Dance and then physical sweep with Outrage .
A heavy sweeper , however it has a short life after doing an Outrage ( A confused Salamence is really like a Gamble , if it hits itself , I'm dead)
Salamence is sort of the biggest boss in my team .

lucario.png

Lucario (M)@ Life Orb
Jolly Nature
Inner Focus
252 Atk , 252 Speed , 4 HP
-Sword Dance
-Extreme Speed
-Close Combat
-Ice Punch

Lucario serves as a late game sweeper with Extreme Speed as well as a counter against Prior moves user ( mostly Honchkrow with Sucker Punch or Scizor/Metagross with Bullet punch though Extreme speed doesn't deals much damage to them )
Close Combat is it's main attack and Ice Punch deals with Ground/Flying/Dragon .
When boosted with Sword Dance , Lucario had proven itself a very dangerous pokemon .
Inner Focus prevents Flinch ( because I think Lucario is fast enough and preventing Flinch is more important )
Jolly to outspeed more pokemon as most people thinks that Lucario runs in Adamant .

starmie.png

Starmie @ Life Orb
Timid Nature
Natural Cure
6 HP / 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Speed
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Rapid Spin

Used to play a Bulky Spinner Version , though durable but the offense is pretty low , so I went for a offensive build . Anyway , Grass Knot over Ice beam to take down Pokemon that walls this set ( Like Swampert ) . Was thinking of running a 216 speed and increase the HP to 42 EVs . Would it be better ?

togekiss.png

Togekiss @ Life Orb
Calm Nature
Serence Grace
252 HP / 252 Sp.def / 4 speed
-Thunder Wave
-Air Slash
-Aura Sphere
-Roost

Pretty standard Flinch Togekiss which have proven itself very reliable in this team .

The first thing i'll say is to please expand your descriptions since more than likely if a mod sees this post he/she will lock it. Now also keep in mind that i'm not a pro or anything so my rate won't be 100% optimal, but i'll do my best to at least give you ideas for alternatives. :)

Infernape(M) @ Focus Sash
Rash Nature
Naive
192 Speed , 252 SP.Atk , 64 ATK
-Fake Out
-Flame Thrower
-Close Combat
-Stealth Rock

The standard LeadApe, but if you're having problems being outsped by leads or switches (scarf flygon for example) then you could replace either attack with Mach Punch (if you replace Flame Thrower then you'll also want to use max Atk EVs which will also help with Fake Out damage).

Zapdos @ Choice Scarf
Rash Nature
Pressure
252 Sp.Atk , 252 Speed , 4 Atk
-Thunderbolt
-Heat Wave
-Hidden Power [ICE]
-U-Turn

This Zapdos is a good one, but usually you wont be outsped by something that can be serious damage (and a poke that'll you want to stay in on). The only except to this is if it's late game, but in that case you probably won't want a choice item :P So i would suggest changing to an offensive set with Roost. And switch Scarf for either Leftovers or LO.

Salamence (M)@ Life Orb
Naughty Nature
Intimidate
232 Atk , 252 Speed , 24 Sp.Atk
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Fire Blast
-Earthquake

I don't know how much you rely on him for Physical sweeping, but if you really need him to just get in there and tear some pokes apart, then you might want to consider a CBMence instead. CBMence does more damage and usually Outrage's confusion doesn't effect him since you'll usually switch him out after your done raging around on your opponent. :)

Lucario serves as a late game sweeper with Extreme Speed as well as a counter against Prior moves user ( mostly Honchkrow with Sucker Punch or Scizor/Metagross with Bullet punch though Extreme speed doesn't deals much damage to them )

I would probably use Ice Punch against Honchkrow since Sucker Punch isn't very effective against Lucario. And i probably wouldn't stay in on Metagross unless you have at least 1 SD up. Use Close Combat against Scizor.

Grass Knot would be almost necessary on this guy since otherwise you're walled by Swampert (which is very common these days). I probably wouldn't take away that many Speed EVs since you'll start to get a little low and you need Starmie to outspeed things with his frail defenses. The extra HP really only helps with LO damage so that's up to you.

Togekiss @ Life Orb
Calm Nature
Serence Grace
252 HP / 252 Sp.def / 4 speed
-Thunder Wave
-Air Slash
-Aura Sphere
-Roost

I probably would replace togekiss since right now you're pretty open to a scarf/specs starmie or Jolteon sweep. Electric effectiveness:
-Ape: Neutral
-Zapados-Half damage (i think, does flying typing change that to neutral? I dont think so, but hopefully someone knows for sure)
-Mence: 2x
-Lucario: Neutral
-Starmie: 2x
-Togekiss: 2x
I would switch this guy out for a Scarf Flygon maybe? SOMETHING that can fill this guys shoes decently but is resistant to electric attacks.

Hope my rate helped at least a little bit :)

Please expand your Infernape, Togekiss, and Zapdos descriptions. They're quite lacking and in violation of rule #3. If you fail to increase the length of those Pokemon's descriptions within 24 hours of this post, I will have to lock your thread. Thanks.

I think you should definately consider changing some of your pokemon from life orb to something else. After a stealth rock, switch in damage, and maybe a set-up turn, you're not going to live long with 10% of your health dwindling every attack
