My (user)name is Jawz3920939 and I am relatively new. But enough about me here's my team, please rate it. I'm halfway done and I can make small changes, but don't hesitate to tell me if it sucks (i won't cry.)

not so sure about this guy, his slot is up for suggestion, I sort of feel like I need another Special sweeper or I could also put in Cradily as a Special wall

I feel like I am going to be switching this guy in a lot to cover weaknesses for the rest of my team so careful could affect how well it sucks up damage. It could be replaced with a swampert I suppose but I sort of like to stay out of OU as much as possible on this team because it's for use in Recreational battling more than competitive.

either lava plume or will-o-wisp, possibly sandstorm as insurance in case I lose the sand stream.
 
For a DD Ttar, use Lum Berry / Life Orb.
Scizor NEEDS Bullet Punch or atleast Quick Attack, without which he is just a slow, easily counterable sweeper. Also, Scizor doesn't survive a Fire Blast Heatran even after Occa,so it is not nessecary, so you can go for Life Orb.
Scizor also won't be very fast even with those speed EVs, so you can just outspeed Standard Magnezone with 48 Speed Evs and dump the rest into HP. Also, Brick Break is much better in terms of both power and coverage as compared to Aerial Ace.
Whiscash is outclassed in almost every way by Swampert or Quagsire, so if you can get them, definitely replace.
Also, if it is a Sandstream team, you definitely need a Cradily / Shuckle and can consider them over Camerupt.
 
You need to explain your sets and why you chose them more fully.
Like Xenon said, a Sandstorm isn't a Sandstorm without a Cradily. It just isn't the same. ;) Being able to take Special hits would really help this team, as you're lacking in that department.
Spark isn't doing much on Whishcash. I would recommend switching him for Swampert, since he's generally outclassed, but if you really want to use him, go for it.
On Skarmory, generally yo want only 1 entry hazard, otherwise you're screwed by Taunt. Brave Bird is an awesome move to use on Skarm, and it covers his lack of attack. DP if you don't want to breed for BB.

Never use Sandstorm as a move, it wasted moveslot. And it's not like Sandstorm is completely pivotal to this team, as only 2 'mon are really taking advantage of it. Scizor needs Bullet Punch, and you're in need of another Special attacker, otherwise Camerupt is doing it by himself (and as slow as he is, he's not going to be sweeping much).
Be careful, as 4 of your 'mon are MixNape weak (TTar dies to STAB 4x SE Close Combat, Scizor dies to Flamethrower [and for a Swords Dancer, it really should be holding leftovers or Life Orb], as does Cacturne. Skarmory won't like a Flamethrower either, and Whishcash, despite carrying Waterfall, will severely dislike a Nasty Plotted Grass Knot).

You might want to try Vaporeon over Whishcash as well; as he can give Wish support to your team, and covers both MixNape and Heatran.
 
I personally do not approve of the quality this RMT displays. It's untidy, and breaks a vital rule - do not describe your individual details vaguely. Some aspects of the team are unfinished. It's not acceptable.

I will compromise with you. I won't lock this thread, but I exspect you to add a description for Tyranitar and improve Skarmory's current details - more so than just "Standard".
