Jirachi Evs?

I want to make a Jirachi with this moveset:
Charge Beam
Psychic
Cosmic Power
Wish

i dont really want any advice on the moveset. =/ its just sorta there. I'm using charge beam for its 100% stat raise, as well as damage infliction. Psychic for power. Wish is a delayed recovery move [obviously], and after a cosmic power, it should be able to withstand a wider range of attacks. But i want this jirachi to last a decent amount of time so it can inflict a lot of damage with an upped sp atk stat. What evs to take advantage of it? Can it fare well?
