Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 176 SpD / 80 Spe
Careful Nature
- Iron Head
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- U-turn

Jirachi acts as a fabulous role compressor for Psychic teams thanks to its vast utility movepool, solid overall bulk, and a secondary Steel typing that provides key resistances and neutralities to Fairy-, Steel-, and Bug-type moves. Iron Head is Jirachi's main STAB move and annoys any foe with its doubled chances of flinching, while Stealth Rock is used in order to chip away at foes. Toxic can be used to chip physically defensive pivots such as Slowbro, and U-turn is used to pivot into teammates such as Victini, allowing Psychic teams to keep momentum. Jirachi can also utilize other options such as Thunder Wave to paraflinch foes and Wish to recover health for itself or its teammates. However, Jirachi struggles against Dark-, Water-, and Ground-types such as Alolan Muk, Keldeo, and Excadrill, so partner Jirachi with Mega Gallade and Celebi. The former can dismantle most Dark-types through the combination of Swords Dance and STAB-boosted Close Combat, while the latter can switch into passive Ground- and Water-types safely and threaten them with its Grass-type STAB moves.

This is fine but your example Pokemon are rather lack-luster. Mega Gallade typically can't deal with Mega Sableye (your Dark example), Manaphy isn't very prevalent to be worthy of specifically beating, and Hippowdon is a good Toxic target for Celebi. You could change the examples to maybe Alolan Muk, Keldeo, and Excadrill.

I'd also probably add in a noteworthy target for Toxic as it's an uncommonly used move on Psychic type (that meaning no Pokemon besides Jirachi frequently uses it really).

Aside from that QC 1/1
