Set Description
=============
Choice Scarf Jirachi is an offensive set based on its main stab, Iron Head, and its 60% flinch chance which when used in conjunction with its speed, can get many matchups. Fire Punch is used against Genesect or Ferrothorn as a 4x Super Effective move and can also notably hit other Jirachis and Pheromosas. Trick is universally used on this set due to the fact it outspeeds nearly the entire meta, and when Trick with a Choice Scarf is used before the opponent moves, they are locked into the move forever. This is useful against stall oriented Pokemon such as Registeel, Cresselia, and Stored Power Necrozma. Rest is an option that is used in conjunction with the Trick Scarf strategy because of Jirachis impressive bulk letting it stall out many Trick targets that use attacks such as Leech Seed Rillaboom, Chansey, or Suicune. Zen Headbutt can also be used over Rest due to it beating Naganadel. It is important to note that all Jirachis in 1v1 should be shiny due to Moonblast being an event only move, and being an important bluff against Fairy weaks.

EVs
=============
This EV set maxes out both Attack and Speed because it optimizes its opportunities to get winning matchups. With its 100 Speed tier, maxed out speed and Jolly nature, it can outspeed most scarf opponents such as Darmanitan-Galar or Genesect. Jirachi uses its maximized attack to get the most 2HKOs and 3HKOs as it can and also due to the fact that it does not need any bulk. The last 4 EVs are invested into Defense so it can boost Genesects Specal Attack due to Download.

Usage Tips
=============
Generally Iron Head is clicked as it is Jirachis strongest move and the fact that it can flinch 60% of the time. Jirachi needs Iron Head to flinch to win many important matchups such as against Sawk or Crustle. In the Necrozma matchup, you have to guess whether it will click Heat Wave on offensive sets or Iron Defense on stall sets. Iron Head is clicked against offensive Necrozmas and Trick is clicked against defensive Necrozmas. If a Rillaboom eats its Grassy Seed before turn 1, Jirachi should click Trick, and if Rillaboom has any other item Jirachi should click Iron Head. This is because Grassy Seed sets are generally defensive and cannot kill Jirachi and without Grassy Seed it can get killed by Iron Heads.

Set Description
=============
Choice Band Jirachi is a great Pokemon in the 1v1 metagame due to its phenomenal bulk and its often lackluster attack being boosted by a strong item. Play Rough is an attack to beat its main target, Urshifu, while also conveniently getting rolls on some dragons such as Dracozolt or Haxorus. Fire Punch is mainly run to get a 4x Super Effective hit on Genesect and Ferrothorn, while also being useful as a tool to get Super Effective damage on important targets such as Rillaboom, Metagross, and Magnezone. The last moveslot can be used on either Trick or Zen Headbutt to get a few extra matchups. Trick helps lock opponents into boosting moves, letting you attack them freely, these targets consist of Registeel, Cresselia, Stored Power Necrozma, and Pokemon that take similar roles. and Zen Headbutt gets Super Effective damage on targets such as Urshifu-Rapid and Kommo-o. It is important to note that all Jirachis in 1v1 should be shiny due to Moonblast being an event only move, and being an important bluff against Fairy weaks.

EVs
=============
The Speed on this set is maximized specifically to get the jump on Urshifu and Genesect, taking those matchups. Maximum attack is used to make sure it gets those kills, and also to maximize the amount of damage it can do with its Choice Band boosted attacks. The last 4 EVs are invested into Defense so it can boost Genesects Specal Attack due to Download.

Usage Tips
=============
A lack of Choice Scarf leads to losing many matchups that Scarf Jirachi would win, most importantly Scarf Darmanitan-Galar, Naganadel, and Pheromosa. Some Pokemon threaten Jirachi which might not be immediately apparent, such as Avalugg, Zapdos, Primarina and Celesteela. Avalugg lives many Iron heads and can kill Jirachi back. Zapdos resists Iron Head, and leaves Jirachi unable to do anything once it has Tricked Zapdos into an attack. Primarina can attack first turn and then either continue attacking or Endure Custap to kill the Jirachi based on whether it clicks Trick or Iron Head respectively. Finally Celesteela can Flamethrower first turn and then either continue attacking or click Leech Seed based on if Jirachi Tricks or attacks respectively.

Other Options
=============
Another option for Jirachi is a stall set that consists of the moves Calm Mind, Iron Defense, Stored Power, and Rest. With this set, you still need to run speed to beat targets that it needs to boost in front of, but this set can afford to invest the rest of its EVs into bulk. This set helps risky matchups like Rillaboom and opposing stall.

For the record, you're able to change the WIP tag for the thread to Quality Control yourself. You just need to scroll up to the top of the page, click the three dots and Edit thread, and you'll be able to change it there.

With that said, it's go time:

Red = change
Red strikethrough = remove
Orange = insert here
Green = elaborate

Choice Scarf Jirachi is an offensive set based on its main stab, Iron Head, and its 60% flinch chance which when used in conjunction with its speed, can get many matchups. Fire Punch is used against Genesect or Kartana (Kartana actually eats Fire Punch and bops you with Knock Off. Replace with Ferrothorn) as a 4x Super Effective move and can also notably hit other Jirachis and Pheromosas. Trick is universally used on this set due to the fact it outspeeds nearly the entire meta, and when trick with a Choice Scarf is used before the opponent moves, they are locked into the move forever (Be sure to provide examples for what each move that needs explaining is useful for. Trick, for example, being particularly useful against stall-oriented Pokemon like Stored Power Necrozma, Cresselia, and Registeel.). Rest is an option that is used in conjunction with the Trick Scarf strategy because of Jirachis impressive bulk letting it stall out many Trick targets that use attacks (Similar to the last case, you need to provide specific examples rather than generalizing. Rest in this case being useful for Pokemon that can't KO it after being Tricked like Leech Seed Rillaboom, Suicune, Chansey, and Corsola-Galar. I would also make it more clear that Rest is generally only to be used after Trick.). Zen Headbutt can also be used over Rest due to it beating Naganadel. It is important to note that all Jirachis in 1v1 should be shiny due to Moonblast being an event only move, and being an important bluff against Fairy weaks.

Jirachi uses its maximized attack to get the most 2HKOs and 3HKOs as it can and also due to the fact that it does not need any bulk. (be sure to mention the use of the 4 evs for Genesect's download)

Usage Tips
=============
Generally Iron Head is clicked as it is Jirachis strongest move and the fact that it can flinch 60% of the time. (I would add a note about any significant matchups where Jirachi outright needs to land flinches in order to win; things like Aromatisse, Sawk, Crustle, Naganadel if no Zen, etc. As well as for cases where you need more than one flinch like Band Haxorus, Glastrier, and Hydreigon.) Fire Punch and Zen Headbutt are clicked when they are Super Effective as they get kills on their respective targets. (Already covered in Set Description) Trick is used in conjugation with Rest when the opponent either clicks a weak attack, or the opponent wants to click a status move, a great target for this strategy is Registeel. (Already covered in Set Description) (A couple additional notes would be explaining how you have to guess which set Necrozma is since Trick vs Heat Wave would lose while Iron Head vs Iron Defense would also lose, watching for Grassy Seed on Rillaboom vs anything else since you'd wanna Trick vs Grassy Seed and Iron Head vs anything else, as well as explaining the complex matchup against Aromatisse with picking Iron Head vs Trick)

Set Description
=============
Choice Band Jirachi is a great Pokemon in the 1v1 metagame due to its phenomenal bulk and its often lackluster attack being boosted by a strong item. Iron head is the main STAB attack, and is very strong with its 60% flinch rate due to Serene Grace and its decent 80 base power. (redundant) Play Rough is an attack to beat its main target, Urshifu, while also conveniently getting rolls on some dragons such as Dracozolt or Haxorus. Fire Punch is mainly run to get a 4x Super Effective hit on Genesect and Kartana (same deal as above, replace with Ferrothorn), while also being useful as a tool to get Super Effective damage on important targets such as Rillaboom (and Metagross and Magnezone). The last moveslot can be used on either Trick or Zen Headbutt to get a few extra matchups. Trick helps lock opponents into boosting moves, letting you attack them freely (Like with Trick in the Scarf set, you've gotta mention specific cases where Trick is useful, rather than generalizing. You can feel free to use the same examples I provided), and Zen Headbutt gets Super Effective damage on many Naganadel sets that cannot kill Jirachi (A vast majority of Naga sets eat you alive. Replace this example with other things Zen hits, like Urshifu Rapid-Strike, Zapdos, and Kommo-o). It is important to note that all Jirachis in 1v1 should be shiny due to Moonblast being an event only move, and being an important bluff against Fairy weaks.

Usage Tips

Generally, Iron Head is clicked in most matchups because it is Jirachis strongest move due to its STAB bonus and it has a 60% flinch chance to cheese some matchups out. Play Rough, Fire Punch, and Zen Headbutt are exclusively clicked when they are the strongest Super Effective attack, and Trick is clicked against stall opponents or if the opponent is expected to click a boosting move or status move. (These are all either redundant or already covered elsewhere. What I'd suggest here is going over things that you lose out on from not having Scarf like opposing Scarf Darmanitan-Galar, Naganadel, Scarf Porygon-Z, and Pheromosa, as well as particular cases against mons that threaten Jirachi but aren't glaringly obvious like Zapdos, Primarina, Avalugg, and Celesteela (and be sure to explain why))

(also be sure to clarify significant matchups a set like this would drop, since there are reasons this set is OO, rather than alongside the main ones)
Let me know when everything's been implemented and I'll double check!

Scarf

and without Grassy Seed it can get killed by Iron Heads.
The Grassy Seed gets consumed as soon as Grassy Surge activates, so it's getting the boost no matter what, it's just that you Trick it and either KO it eventually or stall it with Rest.

As well as for cases where you need more than one flinch like Band Haxorus, Glastrier, and Hydreigon.)
You also didn't mention these at all

as well as explaining the complex matchup against Aromatisse with picking Iron Head vs Trick
Nor this

Other Options

With this set, you still need to run speed to beat targets that it needs to boost in front of, but this set can afford to invest the rest of its EVs into bulk. This set helps risky matchups like Rillaboom and opposing stall.
Is Rillaboom meant to be the "targets that it needs to boost in front of"? Or are there other examples? The more examples the better. You also didn't explain what significant matchups a stall set like this would drop in place of the main sets.

Also, don't forget the Credits section at the end:
