Gen 3 JirChamp (OU because my Ubers didn't even get a view)

Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 108 HP / 216 Spd / 140 SAtk / 46 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Hypnosis
- Thunderbolt
- Will-O-Wisp

Double-status, yes please. 216 spd evs allows for 341 speed vs. 212 spd evs which generate two points less. 140 SAtk evs allow for 330 SAtk. Should I just put those SDef evs in SAtk aswell?

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 104 Def / 36 Spd / 24 SAtk / 92 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Light Screen
- Rest
- Thunderbolt

Defensive Zapdos and Boah counter. 104 Def evs and max HP means I can take a cb Rock Slide from Aero 100% of the time. Not sure about Salamence though.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 240 HP / 96 Def / 160 Spd / 12 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Psychic
- Reflect
- Thunder Wave
- Wish

Fast Jirachi means fast Reflects. Excellent support for Machamp and covers the beast's weaknesses.

Machamp (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Guts
EVs: 116 HP / 252 Atk / 140 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Cross Chop
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rock Slide
- Sleep Talk

Machamp. Moving on...

Swampert (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 236 HP / 176 Def / 4 Spd / 92 SAtk
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Protect
- Roar

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 76 HP / 228 Atk / 136 Def / 68 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Double-Edge
- Earthquake
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

This and Swampert are primarily filler. Snorlax is just another hard hitting status taker, and Swampert is my obligatory bulky water.

Consider Focus Punch>Sleep Talk if you're good at predicting, since you have two Sleep Talkers to absorb Sleep and Focus Punch allows you a better shot at nailing Skarmory (will KO at ~80% HP).

Celebi will really give you the run-around, with Machamp the only way to land good damage on it. Your best bet is to catch it on the switch with HP Bug, just make sure it's not the other way round with Psychic.

dang, I didn't even consider a celebi-weak. Normally I've just gone to Snorlax, but any combination of leech seed/reflect/recover/psychic/hp fight/calm mind does pretty much screw over my team.

You could go for a really unique Snorlax for Celebi. Return/HP: Bug/Fire Blast/Rest is basically Mixlax with HP: Bug, except you sacrifice damage to electrics for a Celebi 2HKO. If you do that, use HP: Ghost on Machamp for type coverage so that Dusclops may actually run in fear.

You don't have to. A Sassy Snorlax with 0 spatk EVs will still do a massive chunk to Skarmory. (may 2HKO some times) 166 is not too far away from 179, which is the required amount to 2HKO a max HP/no spdef Skarmory.

So, your current spread with Sassy instead of Careful works perfectly. I'd recommend investing some of your Atk EVs into Spdef, though, as you're not sleep talking anymore.

P.S. With Wish support, Rest on Snorlax isn't entirely needed. It is interchangeable with Selfdestruct, so decide which you want.

Since Gengar is acting as a supporter more than an offense, I'll stick with the Sp Def. I've run a few calculations, but the Sp Atk boost doesn't seem too significant anyways. You have Light Screen support, but that doesn't guarantee permanent special coverage either.

I also second Karrot's suggestion for Snorlax, less walling the better for your team =]. Also, Snorlax's Fire Blast is STILL an average 2hko on standard skarm without any sp atk ev investment (53.5% average).

Very nicely covered team! The slightest problem I see is against electric pokemon, especially HP Grass Raikou... You may want to keep Rest on Lax or have a non-recoiling move to deal with it. Alternatively, Zapdos could go Roar > Rest and feed on Jirachi's Wish instead. Zapdos have immediate access to Light Screen, and is a much more reliable phazer, compared to Swampert, when it comes to CMers.

Roar Zapdos sounds brilliant. I'd kept it a Stalker only because I usually over compensate for status when I don't run a cleric.

With Zapdos acting as a phazer however, is it still necessary I run roar on Swampert?
Toxic would conflict too much with the status Gengar is already spreading so I'm not considering the move as a replacement. Surf/Hydro Pump don't seem as appealing either as the only obvious benefit is better Skarm/Forretress coverage (which I do need though).

I'll run with the new team for now and see what would best fill the spot. Obviously, if roar would be the best option, then it'll stay.

EDIT: everything's working well with roarzap and hp:bug/fireblast on lax. Pert's a stalker now and the only member not pulling his weight is gengar. Quite honestly, he's not doing much at all. Sleep's the first poke which is usually a switched in blissey and then doesn't appear for the rest of the match. Suggestions?
