Jolteon

Jolteon is an overlooked Mon this generation but still a reliable and surprising threat. Volt Absorb can save your Gyarados and other Flying and Water types like Corviknight or Toxapex from getting massive damage from an Electric attack, while boosting Jolteon's SpAtk for a counter strike. Also, when Dynamaxed, it can set up Electric Terrain with Max Lightning for even more damage, while preventing annoying Sleep status effects. It's great speed and good SpAtk combined with Choice Specs make Jolteon a fast and hard hitting team member. I suggest this set:

Jolteon @ Choice Specs
Timid nature
Ability: Volt Absorb
Ev's: 252 Spe, 252 SpAtk, 4 HP
Moves:
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Shadow Ball
- Hyper Beam/Thunder Wave/Lightscreen

If you're in a Rain team you can use Thunder and Rain Dance.

First two moves don't need much elaboration. Both STAB, one for reliable power if you intend to keep Jolteon on the field, the other for momentum and pretty good damage too.
Thunder can be used on a Rain team for extra damage.
Shadow Ball is the only coverage this Eeveelution has, and can hit Dragapult, Galarian Corsola and Aegislash for super effective damage. Last slot can run Hyper Beam when nothing else works, and it's important to note that when Dynamaxed Jolteon can beat the likes of Dynamaxed Hydreigon with 2 Max Strikes. Thunder Wave is another option, able to cripple opposing Pokemon that rely on their speed. Lightscreen can also be used on the last slot, to give your team extra resistance to Special attacks.
Rain Dance can set up Rain on a specialized team if you lost the effect for some reason.
Focus Sash can also be used on Jolteon, although I like to save it for other Pokemon.
As for team mates, the Pokemon that Jolteon saves are also its best help. Gyarados, Toxapex, Galarian Darmanitan, Mandibuzz, Togekiss, Jellicent, Cloyster, Ferrothorn, Rotom-W and Corviknight are prime examples. Anything that can deal with Ground and Dragon types is a good option to help Jolteon do it's job
