I made this team about a week ago on PO, and I've been fairly successful with it. It's fairly well balanced, but I think it could be tweaked here and there.
Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf

My Spikes setter and my physical wall (even though it's SpD is higher). Ferrothorn usually comes in on a resisted hit, and either begin setting up Spikes, use Leech Seed to force switches, or dish out damage with Gyro Ball or Power Whip.

Heatran is my Stealth Rocks user, as well as being the perfect switch-in for the Fire-type attacks Ferrothorn attracts. Lava Plume and Earth Power are for attacking, and Roar is for phazing. However, I'm considering removing either Earth Power or Roar for HP Ice, so it can perfectly counter Outrageing Dragonites and Salamences.
Dragonite (M) @ Leftovers

EVs: 252 HP / 44 Atk / 212 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

- Fire Punch
- Roost
My late game sweeper. I prefer bulky Dragon Dance over regular DDNite because it gives him more time to set up and begin finishing off the game. Dragon Claw and Fire Punch have very good coverage, and Roost is to keep Dragonite healthy, and resetting Multiscale.
Espeon (M) @ Leftovers

Ah, how I love Magic Bounce Espeon. Switch it in on the easily predicted status or hazard move, set up a CM on the switch, and dish out damage with Espeons great coverage. I run Psyshock over Psychic purely to take on the special walls that Espeon attracts.
Blissey (F) @ Leftovers

My healer, cleric and special wall. Heal Bell for curing statuses, which is a godsend when half your team is crippled by burn or paralysis. Thunder Wave to cripple sweepers and get those parahax I love so much. Wish to heal up team mates to give them a second wind, and Seismic Toss so Blissey can actually dish out some damage and not be crippled by Taunt.
So that's the OU team I've been using for the last few days. The only thing I think it needs is a spinner and a spinblocker. Thank you for your time and (if you gave one) opinions.
