Just a Team *help rate pls :)*

This was, and is my fav team ever since BW OU.

Guys can help me rate? :)

Just a T-tar / Chople Berry / Sand Stream
252 Def / 252 Hp / 4 Attk / Quiet Nature

Stealth Rocks
Stone Edge
Ice Beam/Pursuit
Fire Blast

This is the most cliche pokemon in my team. But the amount of surprise factor this thing gives is just too much. Its main purpose actually is to take any hit, and set up stealth rocks, and even with close to no attack investment, can hit back VERY hard. With 1.5x special defense in sandstorm, 252 defense investment AND a chople berry, this thing takes any hit with ease. Lucario's close combat? Lives with ease. But that is still not the crux of the set. It destroys nearly all focus sash pokes, revenge kills scizor (superpower does nothing w/ chople berry), ferrothorn, foretress, gliscor (if you run ice beam) - overall my fav poke in the team. Most of the time however, it is really one time use, so don't expect too much from it.

Just a Killatios / Choice Specs / Levitate

252 Sp Attk / 252 Speed / 4 Hp / Timid Nature

Draco Meteor
Psyshock
Thunderbolt
Surf

The power. Of this thing. Is too amazing. Many people think Latios has decreased in functionality due to the outbreak of fairy types - but with fairy type's generally frail defense, most of them get destroyed by psyshock. The only thing this has problems with would probably be eviolite chansey, but everything has problems with eviolite chansey :D

This functions as the bomb of my team - draco does A CRAP TON.

Anything that is NOT a dedicated special wall gets 2HKOed / OHKOed after sp attk drop

I don't run scarf as I find timid 110 speed more than enough to get around, and I have a better scarf pokemon later

Just to Outspeed / Choice Scarf / Levitate

252 Sp Attk / 252 Speed / 4 Hp / Timid

Hydro Pump
Volt Switch
Trick
Will-o-wisp

This is not actually a dedicated scarf in its original purpose - it was actually to cripple special walls so that latios can come in and have fun ^^. However, as time goes by, Rotom-wash even with NO special attack boost other than in EVs can go volt switching all around the field like its no body's business.

Trick is thus my main counter against the likes of fairies, eviolite chansey, blissey, etc.

Don't waste this on a defensive wall - those are taken down pretty easily.

And with resto-chesto rotom running all around nowadays, this set actually surprises a lot of people ^^

Just a Wall / Leftovers / Flash Fire

252 Sp Def / 252 Hp / 4 Sp Attk / Calm Nature

Protect
Lava Plume
Earth Power/HP Ice
Toxic

This is my favorite wall of them all.

It cant be burnt~ It cant be poisoned~ Paralysis ain't matter that much~

It checks Talonflame~

It retaliates with lava plume~

Flash Fire~

The main purpose of heatran other than being my favorite wall actually is because of its synergy w/ scizor and to a certain extent, tyranitar.

Just a Sweeper / Scizorite / Technician

252 Attk / 252 Hp (Or speed I find that it works okay too) / 4 Def / Adamant Nature

Swords Dance
Bullet Punch
Bug Bite
Knock Off

Main things to counter scizor with. No. 1 -> Will-o-wisp No. 2 -> Fire type moves.

Now wheres that heatran to get a free flash fire boost :D

There was a big problem with scizor in Gen 5. Heatran completely walls it. A lot of things completely wall it. Without running superpower, bullet punch/bug bite coverage just doesn't cut it. However, with Gen 6, comes knock off. Dark/Bug/Steel has excellent coverage in OU. The only tip to using this guy is not to set up once it comes in - it functions better as a late game sweeper. Just knock off whatever that comes in - and switch out to heatran and get some free flash fire ^^

*Hilarious Moment w/ Scizor -> Was sweeping this guys team went he burnt me (didnt want to switch out with +4 attk) And poor ol' scizor was dying to burn, and was at 1% health and he sent his haxorus in, wanting to get a free d-dance up. And so he did. And I went for bug bite. AND I ATE HIS LUM BERRY LOL. Scizor swept the rest of his team~*

Just Sticky Web / Focus Sash / Compound Eyes

252 Sp Attk / 252 Speed / 4 Hp / Timid Nature

Sticky Web
Bug Buzz
Thunder/Hp Ice
Thunder Wave

This lil guy is my fav hazard setter. And also the only viable reason for mega scizor to run 252 EVs in speed. Deoxys-S/Deoxys-D running magic coat would die to Bug Buzz, Espeon would die to Bug Buzz, Thunder Wave everything that doesn't have a priority, then set up sticky web.

Thunder Hits HARD.

But Gliscor completely walls it.

The idea is to get sticky web up ASAP, so that latios specs outspeeds everything, scizor can moderately outspeed everything, etc. Galvantula shld always be the lead - a galvantula without its sash is pretty useless :/

Glaring Weaknesses for team:
Fighting Types. Latios cant take 2 CC from Life Orb Nape.
Ground Types. Esp after Rotom-W dies

Any suggestions would be helpful!

^^

Thanks :)

Is the nature on Tyranitar to just OHKO something like Ferrothorn with Fire Blast? With the current EV spread it seems like it would want to be more defensive with a Relaxed Nature instead.

Yeah if I am not wrong with nature ice beam can ohko gliscor

Edit: 0+ SpA Tyranitar Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Gliscor: 344-408 (97.1 - 115.2%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO

Ok so I'm going to take to suggest that you run Stealth Rock on Heatran instead of Tyranitar that way you can run both Pursuit and Ice beam on Ttar and put Assault Vest on it. With that being said you can invest more EVS on Ttar's to Attack instead of Defense, giving it more power for Pursuit and Stone Edge. I understand the use for Chople Berry (I've used that surprise factor in the past) but as you mentioned and it's plain to see it's a one time use that will only benefit you in niche situations. Threats like Scizor should be burned by Rotom and handled accordingly with Heatran. For Heatran you can run Stealth Rock over Earth Power. Earth Power only covers other Heatrans for the most part and Toxic/Protect helps deal with Talonflame better. Besides, you have Rotom-W and Latios to handle Heatran so it shouldn't be too much of a problem with some smart plays.

Also one thing I've noticed is that you have no clear way to handle entry hazards. Granted it's not too much of an issue in shorter matches but against something like Stall it can be an issue in the long run. Right now on your team you can run Defog on Latios. Even with Specs it's not too much of an issue as you'll only need to use it to clear Stealth Rock for the most part. Thunderbolt can be replaced with Defog for that purpose. Last note is to run both Thunder and HP ice on Galvantula, with HP ice over Thunder Wave. Lead Galvantula's purpose is to set up Sticky Web primarily more so than Thunder Wave. With HP Ice it'll stop Gliscor from being able to safely switch in and stay in.

So last note somewhat unrelated to your team is to set the format of your builds as such
Latios @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psyshock
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Defog
This makes it much easier not only for organization reasons but for other raters to suggest moves and spreads that are easily importable for Team Builder. With that being said run 0 IVs on all dedicated Special Attackers (Latios, Rotom-W, Heatran, Galvantula in your particular case). Good luck.
