Just Another OU Team

Hi guys, just wanted to get some feedback on my team. I've mostly been trying to find synergy with my team, and in the process I find myself relying on some rather random Pokemon such as Weezing, but it does its job well.
However I have trouble against some opponents and I don't know if it's just my skill that's lacking or something with my team that I'm overlooking.

Thanks for taking the time to look over my squad. : )

p, li { white-space: pre-wrap; } Big Lips (Dugtrio) (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Arena Trap
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Sucker Punch

So Dugtrio's role is pretty much suicide lead, however if it can dish out immediate damage if I think the opponent is going to Taunt me. If I mis-predict, my Focus Sash is my insurance to get off Stealth Rock, which is relatively easy because Dugtrio is fast. I also sometimes save Dugtrio as a revenge killer or just an all around good trapper. For example if I sense a Magnezone coming in on my Scizor, I can send this baddie in and trap his Magnezone instead. :P

Proxima (Starmie) @ Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Scald
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin

My Rapid Spinner/Special Sweeper. I was thinking Surf over Scald initially for extra boost, but STAB + Life Orb is good enough for me to keep Scald, because apparently I have good luck in burning the opponent. :'D

And yes, it is named after the Proxima star. I am a nerd.

Jumbo Tron (Dragonite) (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Atk / 176 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- ExtremeSpeed
- Dragon Claw
- Fire Punch

Starmie clears the way for this very bad man to sweep. My main strike force right here. With this EV spread I have a high amount of HP + Multiscale to be able to take a heavy hit and always get at least one Dragon Dance off no matter what. The 176 Speed + Jolly Nature gives me 396 speed after one DD, allowing me to outspeed all base 130 speed Pokemon with 252 Speed EV's and positive nature. If it's faster, it's Scarfed and I probably planned ahead, if not, it's probably not very threatening anyway. I hate Outrage's confusion, as I plan on keeping Jumbo Tron in for longer than 2 to 3 turns, and I'd rather keep my Lum Berry for incoming Will-O-Wispers and Toxic inducers instead of confusion, so I went Dragon Claw. You may go "WTF?!" with Fire Punch, but Steel Types eat Dragon Claw, so I put it in there just for them. And of course, Extremespeed is there to take care of any Ice Sharding Weaviles, etc. Yes, no Roost. Risky, but I like it.

Pot Head (Weezing) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Haze
- Pain Split
- Will-O-Wisp
- Fire Blast

My wall. My Hazer. My Physical Crippler. Probably the crux of my team, alongside Scizor. Don't have much else to say really. I put Fire Blast there cause...well it's cool.

Fire Crotch (Scizor) (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 236 HP / 252 Atk / 20 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Bug Bite
- Pursuit

This is pretty self explanatory, maybe except for Bug Bite and the EV Spread. I hate Reuniclus, so I have Bug Bite. The most maxed out Scizor U-Turn does ~90%, and me no likey when Reuniclus lives. As for the EV's, no speed investment because it mainly uses Bullet Punch which is priority anyways so what the hell. And a 0 speed Scizor is faster than Standard Reuni sets, so yeah. : o

Shandy (Chandelure) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball

Scizor's trusty side-kick, and a pretty hard hitting feller. The opponent thinks they're getting crafty readying a fire move on Scizor, I send in Shandy, swallow the move, and nail it back with the appropriate counter move. It's also a good feint on Swampert and Quagsire for people who least expect it when I send it in as a revenge killer, as they think I'm not running Energy Ball for some strange reason. I don't know how I feel about HP Fighting, but I mostly put it in for Umbreon/Hydreigon who'd otherwise wall this.

As I said above, thanks in advance for taking the time to read this, and I would GREATLY appreciate any and all criticism and feedback.

Don't worry, I take criticism like a man, just be gentle.

Ok, First; With your starmie use HydroPump over scald you dont want to be relying on burning the Foe all the time. 2nd; Use U-turn over Bug-Bite and OverHeat on Chandelure for extra power.

Thank you Majestic! I'll definitely try those out, however that's what I used to have, and they were very unreliable moves. Hydro Pump is like having another Stone Edge on my team which I would hate to have. It misses when I need it, criticals when I don't. And my Chandelure is sometimes able to stay in longer than one turn, and Overheat dents its power for too much for my liking. >.<

I'll try the U-Turn out though for sure, but I addressed why I use Bug Bite over it. >.>
