SS OU just came back to competitive pokemon, send help!

hey guys I've just come back to showdown since... Gen.6 I think?
so, before this team, I've built some others, but it seems there's always something that sweep me so easily, man so many new things this gen

Dragonite @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dual Wingbeat
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch

I've always had one super strong pokemon, this time it's dragonite, nothing too complicated here, just a strong carry to potentially sweep things

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Knock Off

I honestly don't know about this, scizor has always been a strong pokemon, so I just slap it here without much thought, I used it the same as the past, is it still viable?

Mew @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn
- Taunt

finally some kind of resemblance of a strategy for a pokemon haha, I used this usually as lead, taunt and stealth rock are main moves, I honestly don't know what to do with the other 2

Tapu Koko @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Electric Surge
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Dazzling Gleam
- Thunderbolt
- U-turn
- Grass Knot

Practically to cover the rest of my team since they all physical type, just a special based pokemon that can do .... something? very rarely used ,I don't really know what to do with grass knot,of everything else here, this is probably theone that needs changing.

Excadrill @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance

a spinner, I guess, I don't think there's any better spinner suited for my team, sand rush/force could potentially be strong with tyrant, but I don't usually count on it, since weather doesn't last very long

Tyranitar @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Sand Stream
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Flamethrower
- Crunch
- Ice Punch

my surprise pokemon, everything about this set is a bit... odd, mostly flamethrower for ferros, nature so that its special atk/attack is not reduced. I mean, everyone will bring fighting type anyway to kill it, so why bother adding any defense at all

I've played a bit with this team, but then again it's only against low mmr's like me, so, I really don't know how well actually is
