Hi guys, I have never played Pokemon since Yellow Version, and I really need some help with my team building. Constructive criticism is appreciated!
I have tried this team out a few times, and i find it really unreliable, so here goes:
Greninja @ Focus Sash
Timid/Protean
252Speed/252SpAtt/4HP
Spikes
Scald
U-turn
Grass Knot
My lead Pokemon, I use it to scout or set spikes depending on the opponent, making use of protean to my advantage, otherwise i would switch out if im slower or u-turn, not sure if im doing it right here :/ Spikes is my only Hazard here, Scald for water coverage, U-turn to scout, and Grass Knot for B.A.Ms.

I love this pokemon, and i hope to build a team around Aegislash. Sometimes its predictable, but i really had fun having people to guess whether im using Shield or Dance next. Im not sure which category this falls to thou. Pretty much the Aegislash moveset everyone uses other than IronHead, im starting to feel sacred sword does much better...

My Tank/Cleric. Used to erm, tank... and erm... heal... and poison them lol. This is the Pokemon im having doubts with, it seems not to be fitting well into the team. SoftBoiled cos i couldnt get wish, Aromatherapy for clear off statuses & rotom-w Rest, Seimic Toss because everyone said so... Toxic cos i couldnt find any other skill lol. Needs more enlightenment.

The well loved washing Rotom Wash. My Physical Wall/Scout. Will O Wisp is just... A washing machine that can burn. But it also feels wrong not being able to fit. VoltSwitch to scout, Hydropump for STAB, and rest because i couldnt get pain Split.

Mega Gengar, Special Sweeper, somehow dies too quickly during battles, but destiny bond usually does the job when i time it will (sometimes). Standard Moveset other than DazzlingGleam which i might change for focus blast, and destiny bond........... Looking for other alternatives thou, only used it because white gengar is just so irresistable. <3

This team needs alot of refining, but i dont know where to start either. But so far im having fun trying things out, thanks guys for taking the time to read up till here. Fire away!
