Jynx (Sweeper Lead)

Jynx seems to always get the short end of the stick. It has a great balance of stats (specially). I'll get to the point, as the moveset will explain my reasons it could be so much better than it is given credit for.

Jynx

[SET]
Name: Sweeper Lead
-Lovely Kiss
-Trick
-Ice Beam
-Psychic

Item(s): Choice Scarf / Choice Specs
Choice Scarf EV Spread: 252 SpA / 188 Spe / 68 SpD
Forewarn
Nature: Timid

Why this set deserves to be on site:
-Can lead off, crippling an opponent's first pokemon with Lovely Kiss, which is more reliable than many pokemon using Hypnosis
-Can trick midgame against foes setting up (or Blissey)
-Hits powerfully with dual stab coming from base powers of 95 and 90
-Can sweep late game against foes who might have gotten a boost or two

Comments:
Jynx trumps Espeon and Alakazam, who have much better offensive stats, with its signature move: Lovely Kiss. This allows it to put a pokemon out of the game. However, its drawback stems from having to withdraw right after. Still, STAB Ice Beam maims setting up dragons such as Dragonite. It's EVs are designed to outspeed neutral base 100 speed after a +1 and outspeed neutral base 100 speed after it has tricked away its scarf. The extra evs go into SpD instead of HP because it is more beneficial to its defense. Jynx cannot stand against strong physical attacks anyways, so the extra SpD may allow it to survive attacks which might otherwise OHKO.

Teammates and Counters:
-Teammates would be ones with Flash Fire, since fire attacks run rampant towards Jynx. Bulky waters tend to draw in strong grass types in UU, which Jynx can blow away with Ice Beam. Psychic finds less utility, but can nevertheless manage to be a powerful option against any pokemon that resist Ice Beam.
-The main definite counter is Houndoom, especially early bird variants. They don't fear lovely kiss and are immune to psychic. Their resistance to Ice Beam means that they completely shut down jynx (and giving them a scarf or specs doesn't help you).
-Jynx fears paralysis, but can take poison and burns without problem. It is extremely vulnerable, which helps its ability to take poison and burns because it will likely faint anyways, saving a more important pokemon from falling.
-Priority moves destroy jynx because most of them are physical and they bypass jynx's speed.
-Jynx fears SR because it can strip away great portions of its already weak body. A great spinner is Donphan, which can scare away fire types, while jynx can cover its grass weakness.

Not to mention many people don't use jinx, so this will give awesome unpredictability in a team! Especially late game like you said, as it will tear into teams with those two stab attacks later while being able to make pokemon sleep with its signature move lovely kiss. I guess the only thing to watch out for besides priority moves right now is shandera in the fifth generation, especially one that has shadow tag.

OK I'm going to quick stop the shit train here.

Jynx already has a lead analysis onsite and does not deserve another one.

This is UU, not OU.

Lurk more!!!!!!!!!

Locking.

Furthermore, this is 4th Gen, not 5th gen. Jeepers.
