KangaBoost VGC Team! Need some Help!

Hey guys! I'm asking for help as with the new VGC rules, I am not able to use Togekiss anymore. Hence I just replaced it with noivern but it doesn't seem to be working out. I was thinking of having fire or flying coverage but at the same time getting a bulky supporter pokemon for my physical and special attackers. Any suggestions of what to fill my last slot will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Kangaskhan @Kangaskhanite
Ability: Scrappy
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Power-Up Punch
- Return
- Sucker Punch

My team's power sweeper. Works together with Amoongus (Using Rage Powder) and Spore to neutralise neutral threats. Power up punch boost coupled with sleeping enemies and return causes chaos everywhere! It isn't the most bulky pokemon however and can't take that many hits. I used to team it with Togekiss and it was a perfect combo with its flinches but now that Togekiss can't be used in VGC, Amoongus attempts to fill his spot. It usually gets checked by bulky ghost pokemon such as trevenant and gourgeist who both have will-o-wisp and can't be rage powdered.

Mamoswine @Choice Scarf
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard
- Rock Slide

A surprising Pokemon in my team with Genies now not usable in VGC. With prevelance of Steel Types and Grass types, a choice scarfed Earthquake and Icicle Crash will be pretty deadly. When facing Mega Charizard Y and other flying types, Rock slide does the job! Mainly to support with coverage and speed. Would love a suggestion to improve my EV Spread. I was thinking of replacing mamoswine with Garchomp though, although it would lose the all so awesome Ice Coverage that would help against other 4 X Weak to Ice types. Do give me your comment on this question.

Rotom-Wash @Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Thunderbolt/Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Protect

The all so irritating Rotom-W helps to neutralise the prevelance of Talonflame as well as physical attackers such as M-Mawile with Will-O-Wisp. Helps with switch ins against fire typed moves which my team is very weak against. Although it doesnt have the best bulk of all. Do you think I should add Defence EVs instead of speed? Also, I've been thinking if Volt Switch would be something really cool to help my team be more flexible.

Scizor Focus sash
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- X-Scissor
- Roost
- Swords Dance

My precious rain counter and with Amoongus's rage powder it can build up some swords dance. Given a slightly bulky build, it relies heavily on bullet punch priority to take out its enemies. Would love a more full-proof support for Scizor as both Scizor and Amoongus gets eaten by Fire-Typed moves. i was thinking of possibly getting a Pokemon with screens in my team to be able to build up swords dance power ups as well.

Amoonguss Leftovers
Ability: Effect Spore
Calm Nature
- Rage Powder
- Spore
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb/Protect

My main supporter, taking the place of Togekiss. It pales in comparison due to spore being nerfed to rage powder and spore not affecting grass types. It still does a good job in disabling potential threats with spore. Sludge bomb does give coverage to other grass types and fairy types (Although with togekiss gone they aren't very prevelant). However it is pretty much a sitting duck with other grass Pokemon on the other side.

Talonflame @ Life Orb
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Tailwind/Quick Guard
- Protect

I was initially thinking of leaving this last slot for a supporter, however Talonflame does some awesome coverage with its Flying and Fire typing, although it gets checked by quite a few pokemon such as Rotom. Brave Bird is its main priority STAB. Flare blitz is just there for coverage. I am still choosing between Tailwind and Quick guard for utility though. It would help to stop certain fake out and counters other talonflames as well. I've tried tailwind and I can't seem to get it up without sacrificing my talonflame which is quite a waste.

As you can see I have many doubts about this team hence I would love your opinion on how it can be improved. My attackers I believe are pretty much confirmed apart from mamoswine but I am highly doubtful enough supporters on my team.

Thank you!

Thank You everyone in advance for the advice!

Sucker punch on Kanga gets countered by Talonflame, not the other way around. Amoongus can't get gigadrain in VGC. I would recommend Klefki as a support.

Foongus learns Giga Drain at level 28.

This team doesn't really seem to need Klefki either, although it could be used over Noivern as a last-ditch check to CharY sun with Prankster Light Screen (then again, Meowstic does that better).

I have updated my team guys please give some comments. I am also testing by replacing scizor with meowstic and mamoswine with garchomp
