Politoed @ Choice Specs
Ability: Drizzle
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast
- Surf
Obviously this is the opener. To be honest I have been surprised at the bulk i have seen taking a full thunderbolt from zapdos, surviving and then taking him out with a ice beam and things along those lines. I almost always get at least one K.O. from Politoad.
Dragonite @ Life Orb
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 76 Atk / 252 SAtk / 180 Spd
Mild Nature
- Hurricane
- Thunder
- Aqua Tail
- Extreme Speed
Dragonite has served well being able to kill low Hp enemies when switching in with extreme speed, or take advantage of hi accuracy thunder and hurricane, and high power aqua tail have served him well.
Scizor-Mega @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Atk / 216 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Roost
- Swords Dance
- Bug Bite
Mega scizor has new stats thank I find make it feasible to roost back health and fight forward and still abuse technician. I have revenged killed many with bullet punch and can switch in on pesky electric type and grass type moves that plague alot of my team.
Toxicroak @
Ability: Dry Skin
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 28 HP / 252 Atk / 228 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Drain Punch
- Sucker Punch
- Ice Punch
I almost started considering dropping toxicroak at one point, but as I improved reading i saw the value he had by switching into water type moves and sucker punching pyshics he has not let me down on surprising KO's even though some are against him
Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Ability: Rain Dish
- Rain Dance
- Scald
- Protect
- Surf
This pokemon has stalled out pokemon in giving them burns i never would have guessed it could have, that being said it needs more versatility, it can be one hit K.O.'d by a few pokemon i wish were less common than they are.
Tornadus @ Choice Specs
Ability: Defiant
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- U-turn
- Focus Blast
- Hurricane
- Air Slash
Tornadus is kind of a slot filler for me. taking advantage of the rain in purely through hurricane, unfortunately though it generally doesn't pack as much as a punch as id hope for, and can be taken out pretty quickly by most electric type moves from what I have seen.
So, any help is great. I'm willing to try pokemon switching, held items, order just about any advice. I know i also just need practice reading my opponents move set. Thanks!
