Overview
########

* Has Protean so all moves are STAB
* Wide Variety of Moves
* Amazing Special Bulk
* If well predicted all moves can be super effective
* Must be good at predicting to use

Suicide Lead and Utility
########
name: Suicide Lead and Utility
move 1: Magic Coat
move 2: Sucker Punch
move 3: Power-Up Punch
move 4: Return
ability: Protean
item: Life Orb
evs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
nature: adamant

Moves
========
* Magic Coat is great for countering any hazard setters
* Power-Up Punch gives sweep potential
* Sucker Punch gives priority
* Return hits strong
* Because of protean you can bait psychic moves with Power-Up Punch then Sucker Punch

Set Details
========
* Always a nice lead to use with no enormous cons
* Can predict Super Effective moves and change type
* Has sweeping potential with Power-Up Punch
* Can tank special hits amazingly

Usage Tips
========

* Great Smeargle counter, Magic Coat the Spore then Power-Up Punch
* Very good to use against a special attacker to scout or to check
* Must predict well or else pretty useless
* Don't even try to use this when the opponent has a Spiritomb or Sableye
* Most ghost types can easily check and definitely set up if they so choose
* Not good to save for late game

Team Options
========

* Use a bulky physical wall to compliment the Special defensive aspect of Kecleon
* Fighting, Dark and Psychic cover all weaknesses so using a Sableye or Spiritomb compliments Kecleon

Other Options
########

* You can use Recover In case you are in a potential sweeping situation
* Fake Out can work as a Sash Breaker
* Thunder Wave can be crippling to fast pokemon that may counter your team
* Shadow Sneak can be used as an alternative priority move

Checks & Counters
########

* Any pokemon with a variety of moves and with good predictions is a counter

* Strong physical hits

* Skarmory can just sit their and Brave Bird because of the lack of type coverage

* Rocky Helmet Ferrothorn can easily tank any hit and dish out tons of damage

* Volcarona, Dragonite and any other pokemon which sets up can easily abuse the fact that Kecleon most likely cannot hit it hard and set up all over you

* Because of low HP and Def Kecleon cannot tank physical hits well at all making any good physical attacker able to KO it

* Because of low Atk stat it needs 1 or 2 Power-Up Punches up to be able to do good damage

2 cents on this

- There should definitely be some flaws in this overview. If there aren't any flaws we should be seeing Kecleons running rampant throughout the OU metagame

- I haven't used a Kecleon personally but I'm pretty darn confident this thing lacks sweeping potential

- Within your own usage tips you pretty much summed this thing up : It's a pure anti-Smeargle niche Pokemon. It's purely useless outside of that role. Smeargle is just not that common/threatening to the point where people will take up a slot to attempt a counter at Smeargle.

Btw you can't really counter Smeargle anyways because it can learn anything. Should the Smeargle end up having Skill Swap (which I've seen. It's a decent method to get rid of Magic Bouncers) Kecleon is absolute dead weight.
