i actually tried using this font on irc—both because I kinda like fixed-width font and because i was tired of lucida grande not telling me whether it was an I or an l–but that lasted for about twenty seconds before i decided that not knowing the difference between I and l was a small price to pay.

how can anyone hate monospace fonts, especially courier, that's like a classic

fuck lucida console though, serifs on that trash are too weak. inconsolata/consolas is where it's at
