Dusknoir is better than Spiritomb in pretty much every way imaginable. Use him.

dusknoir dies to pursuit, has more weaknesses than tomb, lower special attack stat, and really, is just an inferior spiritomb x=. I would stick with spiritomb khold, as you need a reliable anti-spinner.


honestly, without blissey, you are asking for a world of hurt from special attackers (especially stat up ones) even with light screen zapdos. and tentacruel will never beat dd gyara x= (gyaras just gonna earthquake you lol or at the worst, dd stone edge which i think can ko with sr).

if you are having trouble with lucario, fast special attackers, and gyarados, why not try choice scarf heatran instead of your current one? just give him hp electric and he makes a fabulous check the lucario and everything else mentioned. without blissey, you are gonna need that speed. assuming you dont want to add in the fat egg, then scarftran just really seems like the way to go imo.

Anyways, I'm unsure as to why you decided to go with that on Zappy's EVs. It's not efficient imo and it's a Leftovers number, which is bad.

I'd prefer 248 HP / 160 Def / 16 Spd / 16 SAtk / 70 SDef or variations of that.

For my spread, it will give Zapdos the same physical defensive capability, while about 1% more Special Defense (not much, but hey Zappy didn't lose anything did it. That's around 2-3 points more SDef btw? It is also not a Stealth Rock number, meaning that Zappy would not be 4HKOed by switching in while in Sandstorm (unless you count the turn where Zappy dies from SS but it's better than dying outright on the switch in).

So it seems to me your team just straight-up loses to Blissey. Nothing you have can remotely dent her as she Toxics out everything except Heatran. And some switching between Blissey and another Heatran counter keeps metal sound from doing anything while you slowly whittle him to death.

I wouldn't say his team straight out loses to blissey, in fact, its quite the opposite. toxic stall bliss is straight out beat by tentacruel who will just toxic spikes, spin away opposing rocks, and then posion bliss when she comes back in. skarmory loves to set up on bliss, and heatran (his current one) would absolutely destroy toxistall bliss.

and if all that fails, he has like the best blissey counter pokemon in the game in rest stalk spiritomb which will drain blissey quickly of pp and seismic toss doesnt hit it.
